I reserved two rooms for three people, me and my two kids, knowing that my brother will be staying with us. I informed Travelocity of these plans through a call and was told that it will be relayed to the hotel and the information for my additional guests were obtained. Upon check in, I was informed that we MUST pay the additional fees for breakfast, totalling more than 400 Euros I believe. Could not convince them that the two rooms for 3 people was only due to ticketing and additional people should have been added.

We absolutely loved our stay from beginning to end! Everything was just perfect. I will definitely be staying there again in the future :)) I’d way prefer staying at this hotel though it’s a 40 minute drive to the heart of Istanbul in taxis than staying in the center of the action because this hotel makes up for that. 5 stars all around 😁🙌

We had a wonderful experience staying at Elite World Grand Hotel in Küçükyalı, Istanbul. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way — from the elegance of the design to the professionalism of the staff. The room was modern, quiet, and very comfortable — perfect for getting rest after a medical procedure. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel has a calm, upscale atmosphere that made us feel both relaxed and well taken care of. The location is also convenient, especially for those needing to access the Asian side of Istanbul. It’s not far from Okan University Hospital, and public transportation is nearby for easy access to other parts of the city. The breakfast buffet was fresh and diverse, with options for all tastes. The spa and fitness center were also impressive and well-maintained.

Hotel staff, they are very kind and polite, especially Bethul and Furkhan Great service. But the room, it didn’t meet my expectations. Room was lit bit smelly and there was only 1 pillow for each bed. Also I asked for 2 cups and I never received it. But overall it was good and hotel staff are great.

I spent 10 days at Elite World Grand İstanbul Küçükyalı for my nose job recovery, and it truly felt like home. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive — always ready to assist with a smile, which made all the difference during my healing process. The hotel itself is a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. My room was beautifully designed with modern, elegant touches and a breathtaking view of the Marmara Sea and the Princes’ Islands — waking up to that every morning brought me peace and calm. The interior throughout the hotel is stunning, with a grand yet soothing ambiance that instantly puts you at ease. The spa was an absolute highlight — a serene space where I could unwind with gentle treatments and enjoy the tranquil atmosphere. The indoor pool, sauna, and relaxation areas were immaculate and beautifully maintained. I also treated myself to a visit at the on-site salon — the hairdresser was lovely and professional, giving me just the boost I needed during recovery. This hotel is more of a resort full with wonderful the amenities are from 3 delicious restaurants, spectacular gym and spa. I never was bored. Hilltown Great shopping mall 10min walk away. I already have future plans to stay here again.
