Excellent host. The VRBO was perfect for our needs with the location super close to Ithaca College and the Commons. Host was very accomodating allowing us to be flexible with our schedule. Very clean. Great communicator and easy to get a hold of.

Rooms were clean and we had no issues with home temperature (we were there in October). Host was very responsive. It’s a short uber ride to Cornell’s campus as well.We didn’t use the backyard nor the hot tub so we cannot speak on those specifically, but the overall location was good for a large group of friends coming back to visit!

The house was very conveniently located to Ithaca commons and Cornell. The owners were very responsive to one issue that came up with an appliance. Parking is on-street, but we were always able to find a spot right in front of the house. The window AC units worked well and cooled the house to a very comfortable temp during a stretch of days in high 80s. The neighborhood was great for walking—great flat (!) walking path 2 blocks from house, and also a beautiful gorge 3 blocks away (moderate exertion). Overall a very good stay!

The hot tub and the pool table really made the trip extra special. Very clean home. It was a great stay.

Sparse

Rooms and beds are tiny. Owners keep toilet paper on ration so we had to buy our own. They said they would deliver but did 36 hours after they said they would. Owners were rude in follow up asking for a five star review. Literally sent a laughing emoji to my thoughtful private feedback. So now I’m making it public. 5 bedroom space with seating for 4 people in the living room. Good location and was clean. Just old and not a comfortable space. Some rooms hot and some freezing due to ancient HVAC. Do not recommend.

Anniversary Trip

Overall the house was definitely fantastic as it was clean, a great lay out, and fantastic location! I couldn't believe how quiet it was yet super close to downtown and campus!
