2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
If I had known the condition of the bathroom, the pots and pans, the hideous screw in the door as a security feature. I never would have scheduled my three children to stay there. The bathtub is riddled with rust stains and black residue on the caulking. The bed was stained with something, one of my children couldn't get to sleep. I'm very disappointed, and with not reserve a room with Quality Inn NYC Gateway again. The management should not explain away the conditions by saying, "... it's an old building." Clean it up.
