"The breakfast menu was terrible, the rooms look they cleaned everything with the same Clorox wipe, we had no fresh towels. We were charged double normal prices because of a softball tournament in town and for that kind of money I expect top notch and it was bare minimum."

"The only positive I can say was about the front desk lady- she was nice- other than that, I have never been more disappointed in a hotel. We stayed there on 4/18. The sheets were dirty, pillowcases dirty- there was actual urine spots (you could smell it) on the comforter and bed. No housekeeping on site so I had to change all of the bedding myself (did see that part come from the clean laundry). The room was non smoking but smelled like smoke and everything we brought in still stinks like stale ciagrettes. Absolutely insane the price they charge for the quality of the hotel. There were no open hotels within 25 miles and no other rooms available."
