Amazing staffing /so-so rooms

The staff was WONDERFUL, absolutely wonderful. BUT I truly hope more renovations can be done as the staff deserve to work in a more modern/updated environment! Good for the value considering others though, I will still come back to save a buck :)

I had a bit of misunderstanding with the room I booked vs the room I received when I arrived however Nilza moved mountains to make sure I had the room I booked before too long and made my stay a pleasant one to say the least. The grounds are well kept and the beach is lovely.

While it’s advertised as a 3-star property, the quality and amenities are more in line with a 2-star rating. The lobby feels outdated and poorly maintained, lacking the welcoming atmosphere one would expect. Additionally, the photos posted online are heavily edited and don’t accurately reflect the property’s current condition — the real-life appearance is noticeably less appealing. Overall, the value doesn’t justify the cost, and I would recommend considering other options nearby for a better balance of comfort and price.

Nice Stay

Enjoyed the scenic cove view and the location to nearby beaches. The beach at the hotel is not as inviting as other nearby beaches. Older hotel but room was clean with good shower, AC, and WiFi. Bed was soft…prefer firmer mattress. Overall a nice stay.
