Welcome to your tropical paradise! As the owner of Fairways at Mauna Lani 1703, I wish to provide you with everything you need to enjoy your dream vacation here on the Big Island of Hawaii. You will love our peaceful and quiet villa located in the Fairways, a beautiful and private condo development within the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort. Enjoy our two-bedroom, three-bath property. The development has lush grounds, a hotel size pool (with attached kiddie pool), lava rock waterfall hot tub, fitness room and a recreation pavilion.

Your home, away from home, has room for five with a king sized bed in the primary bedroom and a queen sized bed and toddler bed in the guest bedroom. Both upstairs bedrooms have large private en-suite bathrooms, stocked with full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The primary bedroom has its own private sitting area and a big lanai perfect for reading that book you’ve been wanting to get to.

The huge fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals to enjoy in the lovely dining room or out on the lanai relaxing in the fresh breezes of paradise. There is a half bathroom downstairs for your convenience as well. The living room comes loaded with comfortable furniture perfect for relaxing and a brand new big screen Smart TV perfect for that family movie night.

Step out of your back door and stroll to our pool and you instantly have access to one of the biggest pools in all of the Mauna Lani Resort! The cascading waterfall brings calm and joy as you soak up the magic of Hawaii in the whirlpool. In the garage, you will find boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, an ice chest and more. Don’t forget to grab them as a short 4 minute drive sends you to my favorite feature of my home and that is your own private white sand beach!!

Your Mauna Lani Beach Club card gives you access to lounge chairs, cabanas, showers, and the Napua Restaurant as well as fantastic snorkeling, all the equipment rentals for your favorite water sports, and soft white sand perfect for relaxing in your own private beach sanctuary! This is a special place that is a unique opportunity for you to have as yours while staying in my home! Right next door, you can stroll through the historic fish ponds on lovely Palm tree shaded hiking paths of this natural gem. Golf is available at 7 nearby world class courses that will challenge your golf game here in paradise. The Shops at Mauna Lani and the Kings and Queens Marketplace provide you with only the finest dining, retail and movie experiences. All are within an easy 10 minute drive. Hapuna Beach State Park is a glorious beach that is consistently rated as one of the top 10 beaches in the world and is a 10 minute drive from your front door.

The only two issues we could state was there were no black out curtains in master. Hard to sleep past 5 am when it is so bright. The second bedroom was too hot. The air did not circulate well. But the place is beautiful and clean. We would still stay again.

Great location and lovely condo/property

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 12 and 14 year old daughters) loved our stay. The unit and property are in great shape - we loved the grounds and the unit had everything we needed. The location is perfect - not far from the airport, Kona, and amazing beaches. We really enjoyed the golf course, swimming pool, and beach club (tip - water shoes are helpful for the beach - it is a nice sandy beach but gets rocky as you enter the water; get there early to get a cabana). I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again,

Beautiful experience

LOVED this home in Mauna Lani. Everything about the property is wonderful. We spent most mornings and evenings on the lanai enjoying the sounds of Hawaii. This is the most well stocked home we have ever rented including beach gear, laundry detergent, toiletry items, etc. We had to buy very little at the grocery store besides food. The location is excellent - close to a great grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants and beaches. The private beach club is a huge bonus. We snorkled there nearly every day and had dinner at the restaurant several times. We highly recommend taking the beach chairs down to Holoholokai Park to watch the sunsets. Incredible. We will be back! Mahalo

What's not to like?

you could settle down in this condo for your entire stay and do nothing but enjoy yourself. Pool 100 yds away, dining/shopping options nearby, golf if that is your thing. The lanai off the master BR will suck up some time too. Kitchen was lavishly appointed and stocked. For you workaholics, there is an office nook upstairs for you to manage your kingdom from w/o ruining everyone else's fun! Nowhere in HI is inexpensive anymore (25% tax/fees added on) but comparable packages aren't any less.

Too warm

We were very disappointed in the inequities of the bedrooms as advertised in the listing. The owner made it sound like the bedrooms were of comparable size/quality. We found the master bedroom exquisite but the front bedroom was small, hot and the "ensuite" bathroom was also small and hot since it did not even have an AC vent in it to cool it off. We were sharing the space with another couple and it was clear that whoever got the front bedroom would be sweltering. It was extremely hot the entire time we were there. There is only one AC unit for both the upstairs and the downstairs so when we turned up the AC to cool the upstairs bedroom it made the downstairs and master bedroom feel very cold. The owner should add an extra AC vent to the front bedroom and one to the bathroom. I feel like the listing was misleading because the furniture in the living room was not as photographed. Also the instructions for the washing machine mentioned "powder soap" but the only available laundry soap was pods. In a condo advertising air conditioning, I expected better cooling in all the rooms, especially considering the price point. On the plus side, the kitchen was well stocked and Kapena was very accessible and accommodating.

My husband and I spent a wonderful three nights at this property. Our favorite spot was the upstairs lanai. It has a beautiful view with lots of bird activity. The bed was comfortable and the living room and kitchen are well-appointed. It comes with a pass to the beach club, which is a particular favorite spot of ours to snorkel and relax. We would highly recommend a stay here.

This location was perfect for our vacation to Hawaii. We were close to many beaches, had access to our own private beach, which was amazing, and we were near everything we needed. The property was very clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The views from the Lani were perfect. The check in process was a breeze and communication was tiptop. Lovely stay at Fairmont Villas

This 2-bedroom condo was super clean and well-maintained. Kitchen was well supplied (no garlic press but that's far from being essential!) including Tupperware and plastic bags. All nessities such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc we're supplied. Furniture was all quite comfy, including the beds and lanai seating, which is where we ate most of our meals; bbq worked well. The lanai also seemed quite private for one that faces into the middle of the complex. There were lush and abundant plants and trees surrounding the area and we did seem to be the only ones there most of the time. The Fairway villas property was immaculate as always. This rental had all the beach gear you could need. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Great location and place to stay

Our family of 4 had a great time at the property. Inside we had everything we needed and the pool was a fun place to swim with a waterfall in the hot tub. There were also boogie boards, sand toys and some coolers to use when you leave for the beach or the private beach club you get access to just a short 5 min drive away. The location of the property was the best part as it was a good central location to go adventure from. When we come back to the big island I would definitely stay here again.
