Located in the premiere gated community of KaMilo in the Mauna Lani Resort, this exquisite four bedroom property offers 3,100+ sq. ft. of living space including a detached guest house. Our rental home is brand new and the furnishings and decor are of impeccable quality. Enjoy your own private pool and hot tub, a golf cart for resort cruising, and access to top tier amenities at KaMilo Recreation Center with 2 pools, hot tub, and fitness center, Fairmont Orchid (hotel pool and beach loungers excluded), The Shops at Mauna Lani & and the exclusive members-only white sand beach at Mauna Lani Beach Club. This property provides all you could dream up for a luxurious and memorable vacation.

The home's interior design echoes the surrounding tropical landscape and ties all rooms together, providing a pleasurable aesthetic experience. Grand vaulted grasscloth and mahogany ceilings soar over the spacious open floor plan of the great room. The home is fully air-conditioned and equipped with multiple ceiling fans. Wireless internet is available throughout the property. Floor to ceiling glass pocket doors open from the great room to the private lanai, providing abundant natural light and allowing a seamless transition from indoor to outdoor living in true Hawaiian style. The lanai offers outdoor seating for eight, chaise loungers, a Sedona BBQ, and private pool and hot tub. Luxurious organic Malie bath products are supplied throughout the home.

The living area features ample plush seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining area boasts an elegant dining set with view out to the lanai and manicured golf course beyond. The modern gourmet kitchen offers all the appliances, counter space, and cookware you could want to prepare relaxing meals in the comfort of your rental. A bonus family room with an additional flat screen TV, foosball table and desk is just off the kitchen and front entrance, a perfect place for kids to play or to tend to a few office items. Oversized brand new washer and dryer along with provided detergent are located in the laundry room off the hallway. A half bath rounds out the common area of the home, allowing for the bedrooms' en-suite baths to remain private.

The primary suite opens out to the lanai and pool and has a beautiful view of the golf course and the Kohala mountains beyond. A king sized bed is ensconced in a stately bed frame surrounded by a matching bed set. Recessed ceiling, chic modern lighting and gorgeous natural light contribute to the luxurious feel of the primary suite. The en-suite primary bath features an oversized contoured soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks, separate commode with privacy door, and walk-in closet.

The second bedroom offers a king bed, en-suite full bath with walk-in shower, beautiful sandstone tiles reminiscent of the area's white sand beaches, and a colorful ocean-toned backsplash. The third bedroom features a queen bed, en-suite full bath with shower/tub combo, sandstone tiles, and ocean-toned backsplash. The fourth bedroom is located in the detached guest house off the front entrance, perfect for friends or family members who might want extra privacy, perhaps a couple traveling with an infant, or for a nanny traveling with your family. The guest house features a king sized bed, lovely bamboo end tables and armoire, Keurig coffee maker, and a full bath with walk-in shower and a separate commode with privacy door.

Place was great for a three generation family with 2 infants. House had everything we needed. Mauna Lani Beach club was perfect and location was close to beaches, restaurants, grocery store and everything else we needed.

Fantastic Stay!

Wonderful property! Beautiful house inside and out. Perfect pool and spa temp. They’ve thought of everything we needed without asking. There was no need to go to Target or convenience store for anything. Only needed the food to cook. Thoughtful touches such as sunscreen and makeup removal towels. Golf cart was useful-it may need a new battery as it doesn’t hold charge for very long. It got us around and was very useful. Loved loved our stay!!! Wouldn’t hesitate to return at anytime and would highly recommend the same property to family and friends.

Beautiful home!

Our family of 5 stayed a week at this beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone, well equipped and comfortable. This house is exactly as described, if not better with easy access (via provided golf cart) to resort amenities including pools, gym, shopping and beach. Easy 30 minute drive to the airport. Lots of activities for the family in nearby towns including hiking surfing and snorkeling. Loved our stay at KaMilo!

Cannot say enough great things about this property. It was perfect for our family, including our four year old who loved the pool. The golf cart was an amazing option for getting around the resort, and the Mauna Lani Beach Club access was stellar. The house was in perfect condition and so well stocked for anything you could possibly need. Highly recommend!

What a great place for your next get away

We had 8 adults, all family, staying in the home. I know they classify it as a condo but believe me it was a detached home. The main living area, dining and kitchen make it a great place just to gather and enjoy each others company. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom so everyone had their own space. The Ohana was great with a king size bed and shower. The main bedroom was spacious with a huge bathroom and walk in closet. The main bathroom had a tub and a curbless shower. The second bedroom had a queen size bed and bathroom with tub and shower combo. The third bedroom had a king size bed with a shower. The pool and hot tub were in great shape and we enjoyed it. The outdoor seating and eating areas were great. I have to say the Elite Pacific personnel were super. Hannah, Amy and Christa were attentive, informational and provided us with great service. We all enjoyed ourselves and would love to come back and stay at this property. You won't be disappointed.

a wonderful family vacation

Our family is a diverse group from 10 mon old twin boys to a 70 yr old grandmother 7 people in total and this location suited us all perfectly. The neighbourhood is lovely and convenient to amenities. We rented bikes and golfed and lounged at the pool and the beaches. The kitchen is well appointed, beds comfortable and ample supplies of essentials. We ate al fresco every meal and enjoyed long casual evenings playing games on the lanai. I highly recommend this property

The home was beautiful, peaceful, warm and welcoming with so many amenities and thoughtful touches. The location was great. We loved the local shopping plaza and the nearby 49 black sand beach! We were so sad to leave and will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Hawaii.
