I liked the cleaning every where I dislike the way they look at us always presuming tip they gives you the filling you are bag of money. Always love this hotel and beach. Breakfast buffet was delicious (big thank you to the hostesses and wait staff for their kind service each day) and Meredia was spectacular. Sunsets are not to be skipped, especially from the Meredia walkway, bar and restaurant. Love that Kayla in the Meredia bar remembered us from the last 2 years. Bummed that the piano was removed from the Meredia but found the piano player up in Piko with a portable piano. The other musicians he set up to play were fabulous as well. Room was clean and very comfortable. Love the adult pool. Will return.

We were really happy with choosing this hotel. The only annoying thing was the number of flies that always came to eat with us. They really need to do a better job of managing that. There are plenty of eco friendly methods.
