Bring your large group to enjoy the great outdoors from our HOUSE and BARNDOMINIUM! We have a very spacious ranch-style home and barndo about 80 yards apart that will sleep up to 40 people combined in 13BRs! It has a gated entrance that offers privacy & security. Located 23 min to KCI, 7 min to Liberty, 25 min to Chiefs/Royals stadiums, & 30 min to downtown KC.

HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
The house is a 5 bedroom 3 full bathroom home that will sleep 15 max. It has a huge living room that is about 1000 sqft with a 86" smart LG TV. Master suite has nice size bathroom connected with a shower and jacuzzi soaker tub. Front porch is screened-in and very spacious. The back patio has a propane grill. There is one car garage available. Here are more house details:
* Gated entrance with long private drive: every guest has a uniqued 4 digit code to enter.
* Parking: lots of parking in front of the garage or along the drive in front of the house.
* BR 1- king bed, 32" smart TV, attached to full bath with jacuzzi and walk-in closet. Sleeps 2 max.
* BR 2- queen bed with 32" smart TV. Sleeps 2 max.
* BR 3- 3 full beds & 32" smart TV. Sleeps 6 max.
* BR 4- 1 full bed. Sleeps 2 max.
* BR 5- 1 queen bed. Sleeps 2 max.

BARNDO DESCRIPTION:
The entire barndo has 8brs counting the loft studio suite, 2 kitchens 2 living room areas, and 4 bathrooms that will sleep 25 max. The main level has a big gathering space that has a kitchen, dining, and living room with a 70" smart Vizio TV. A laundry is located in the loft studio. The living room is connected to 4 brs/2 bathrooms on the north side and 3brs on the south side. The loft also has an upper deck with stairs that go to the fenced-in back yard. Took a group of about 30 college students and our leadership team here for a three-day, beginning-of-the-year orientation and retreat. We had a wonderful time, and our host was very timely with responses, helpful with all questions, and even came by to help try to fix something for us and lend us a hose. The space was perfect for our team; plenty of room for everyone to sleep, cook, run our training sessions, and spend lots of time outside together both day and night. We’d definitely recommend this space for families or other large groups!

Great for large family

Our family of 24 stayed here to celebrate our mom’s birthday. It was just perfect. Everyone had their own bed. The house and Barndo had everything we needed. The pickleball court is a great addition!! Owner is great to work with.

An extended family celebration

Our far flung family spent a wonderful early Christmas together for the first time in a very long time. And for the first time ever we all had a bed for our heads after a day full of family hugs, laughs and games. Every single thing about this property was perfect for our very large group. Multiple kitchens, gathering spaces, outdoor area, proximity to airport and more. Cannot imagine a better place for a large family gathering. The host was absolutely lovely and helpful. Highly recommend!!!
