Great place, fantastic support. Cottage was perfect fit for my family. Property manager was very Theo,easy to work with and really contributed to a pleasant experience. The location couldn’t be better. Close to restaurants, shopping and highways. Quiet estate with a country feel,yet close enough to Kansas City attractions and airport we have family in the area and have decided that this will our go/to for future visits

This home easily accommodated the eight people in our group. Plenty of seating around the large dining table and in the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the Host communicated with me prior to arrival and even brought in our groceries when they were delivered before we arrived at the house. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Our stay was nice and it all worked out but I was so disappointed that the 2nd bathroom shower was broken. So everyone had to use the master bathroom. The whole reason we chose this VRBO was for the 2 bath/3 bedroom. It made the stay inconvenient. I enjoyed the spacious living room and dining room. The beds were comfortable. I thought it was interesting that we needed to do our laundry and fold it before leaving. I did have to get everybody showered and ready so I could take the time to do laundry. Overall it was nice.

The house met our need for the right number of beds, a nice kitchen and enough seating in the living room.Downsides - the hot tub on the front porch with no windbreak, I had to wear a stocking cap to sit in it.The fireplace not turned on! The high each day was 32 degrees! When I made contact, they said it wasn't on for the season yet! Why?

This guest house was so comfortable. Everything was clean and organized. Communication with the property manager was easy. This home is in a beautiful quite area close to Kansas City and all the activities but it was a retreat away. We all agree we would stay here again.

We've stayed at the Guest House every year since 2019 when traveling back to MO to visit family and friends.The accommodations always meet our needs so perfectly, especially when bringing our two little Yorkies. Family and friends enjoy dropping by - plenty of space to relax and visit, and kitchen is stocked with everything needed to cook up a meal. Easy access to everything in the area. Bre is wonderful to work with, and we actually plan our trip dates around the availability of the Guest House, just to be sure we can stay there!

Disgusting

It's a shed filled with old, dilapidated and dirty furniture. Moldy bathrooms. It felt so gross we didn't want to sit, much less lay on any surface in the place. They advertise it as secluded, it's an absolute lie. We chose it for the secluded hot tub which was actually on the front porch, maybe 20 feet from the house next door and 30 feet from a busy parking lot and house on the other side. Random dumpsters and sheds all around. When we asked for a refund as we could not stay, the owner refused. We had to find another rental for our trip with no notice. A horrible start to our 4 day trip.

Good property

The property was a good location and nice size for our group. The beds were satisfactory but not comfortable for some. The kitchen was not well supplied, we never saw a toaster or scissors, and dishes and flatware were adequate but seemed cobbled together. Shampoo bottles, body wash were empty. Dish soap nearly empty.
