Both of the doors to the room had broken off safety locks, breakfast was okay, entire building smelled of pot even though no smoking signs were posted everywhere on site. The price was right and it was close to Arrowhead!

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and they never came to make our beds and empty the trash. Basically, they did nothing. They only came the first day (while we were out) to replace some towels with new ones which were left on our doorsteps wrapped in plastic, and in the process they stole a small item (a magnet) we had in our bag a souvenir gift. Also, the first night we checked in they sent us to a room which was not cleaned so we had to go back downstairs to ask for a new room. Their key card got demagnetized each time we went back to their hotel to open the door, and the hallway and stairway always smelled like marijuana. They never replaced the empty juice dispenser or any other item once finished. One of the worst hotels ever!

I got a non smoking room. But the whole floor smelled like weed. The room had what looked like blood on the floor. But the front desk just said it was nail polish. The ac unit was super loud making it hard to sleep. Really wanted to go get a different hotel. But since I’ve paid for that one we decided to stay.

I booked a non-smoking room. This room had been smoked in; it smelled strongly of smoke, and the comforter had cigarette burns in it. The ceiling had pieces dangling from it, and the toilet seat was barely attached. Neither I nor my son felt comfortable sleeping in the room. If fact, we checked out beofre midnight and drove home instead.

Our smoke free room had dirty, cigarette burnt sheets, the floors were wet, the toilet seat was loose and almost fell off, and there was no hot water. Upon checking out there was no one at the desk, so i had to get another employee, who was outside chatting with someone else, for help. Unfortunately she had better things to do and told me to wait...

The hotel was dirty and in need of renovations. I had 6 people in my suite and was only provided 3 towels. When I requested more, I was told they were completely out of towels. Unacceptable. No water or juices in the breakfast bar. Juice machine was broken, water was not provided.

I was very skeptical when I arrived at the hotel as the appearance was less than inviting. The building requires maintenance. I was told I needed to put up a $100 cash deposit, I was flabbergasted. Never have I experienced that before in all my years of travel. (I am in my 70's.) Fortunately, and to my surprise, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nothing but carbs. I have enough of my own food to have a healthy breakfast.
