This is a great place to stay. The front desk receptionist was a bit rude but it was ok. Maybe she was just having a tough day. Otherwise my wife and I love this hotel for our stays in KC.

The manager's reception had very limited things to drink. There was no food hardly at all. There was some cheese cubes no crackers were laid out and all the chips were gone but there was salsa. It was extremely noisy there were kids running everywhere and no one was controlling it they were going up and down the elevator at all times of the night I would never stay here again. Also the pool was closed and no one told us ahead of time or we would have made other accommodations

Stayed here one weekend for 2 nights. Check in was okay, except for them charging to park in their large, private lot. Carpeting throughout the hotel needed to be vacuumed. Elevators are very slow. Rooms are suites with a door to divide the space which is nice. Bathtub was slow to drain. The place is definitely showing its age. Breakfast was good. We stayed two nights and left the first morning expecting housekeeping to make the bed, stock towels and TP. We came back to the hotel late in the afternoon. Walked in the room and saw they removed some trash, replaced the towels, but didnt touch the bed. When will hotel service go back to pre-covid standards and expectations?

Outdated, grimy and overall just okay.

Aside from the fact that the hotel felt very dated, the room never felt very clean. There was visible mildew in the shower and a mildew smell. Every time we walked into the room. The floor didn't look vacuumed when we arrived. I requested housekeeping everyday and got the bare minimum of service. The beds were sloppily made (pillows weren't even arranged at the head), The floor was never vacuumed and our trash wasn't removed. I requested extra towels everyday because we were in a handicap room and the bathroom flooded every time we took a shower and I never did get the extra towels. Upon arrival I want to utilize the small refrigerator which wasn't turned on and it did not have a knob to adjust the temperature so I had to call down to maintenance to get it repaired. During breakfast, the cook preparing the omelets on Sunday and Monday was very friendly. The staff responsible for busing and cleaning tables didn't do a very good job. I went to a table that was sticky with syrup and the staff member was just standing around. The bar staff for the evening reception was very nice.

Very courteous! Enjoyed free drinks during Happy Hour. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a single complaint! I'm picky about hotels, and will definitely be using this hotel for my airport travel stays! Also, just a note...overnight parking for hotel is through global parking.com About $10 a night w/ convenient shuttle to airport. Front desk was very helpful in getting me set up on the website for it!

Furnishings are same as when we stayed 25 years ago. Very run down. Heat didn’t work so had to pack up and move to another room. Front desk would offer no compensation and said manager would review and contact me. Still haven’t heard anything.
