We loved our stay here. It was very clean and close to the T-Mobile Center. Valerie, the general manager, was super sweet and very kind. She asked how our concert was the next day and always had a smile.

Great stay, will stay again.

We had a good stay. Would stay there again. I don't agree with the $25 a night parking charge. When we paid $200 a night to stay, you would think the parking would be free. The parking lot is so full that we almost didn't get a spot. So if I would have had to park on the street after paying $50 for the two nights, I would have been pretty upset. Otherwise it is a great hotel and very convient for going to the T-Mobile center for concerts.

Sielyn was an awesome desk clerk, very friendly and helpful! Parking wasn't good, was charged $25 per night, lot was full the second night and we had to pay again to park on street. Was told $25 would be refunded but as of now it hasn't been. Also the site said made to order omelets for breakfast and that was not true. Otherwise we enjoyed it. Good location! Slow elevators though!!

Paying for Parking Separately ($25 a day!)

Very nice and clean! Only real complaint is that I was not aware that you had to pay for parking. This fact is clearly stated on their website, but I did not see it on the Hotels.com app. I would definitely stay here again!
