We suggest you all take more time out in cleaning your properties. Our room appeared to have black mold in the corner. Suggest having a fuller breakfast menu.

When I arrived they informed me that one of my nights was canceled because my card wasn’t accepted. Mine you, it was accepted for the first night. I had flown from Pittsburgh to Kansas City and had booked the room in July. They were awful. I was in town for Monday night football and had no room. They offered no explanations and were very dismissive. Horrible experience.
