They need to pay mire attention to the conditions of their beds. Our king bed had a severe dip in the muddle and slanted head down. Also empty liquor bottle under edge of bed.

Room had no bedbug covers on mattresses or pillows.Hideaway bed had no bedding at all in the room. Bathtub had nasty under mat. We wouldn't even shower bc nasty. Hair in shower. When I pulled hideaway bed out there was candy wrappers and used nasty earplugs.Coffee pot was super nasty and couldn't be used. Food there was no selection and food looked to be sitting for a while even within 30 mins of being of breakfast starting.Pool had slime mold and mildew growing on the top side of water and side of pool walls.

The three beds in one room were great, the breakfast was delicious, and the hospitality and service were amazing! Great stay and if I’m ever in Kansas City again, I’m definitely staying here again!

A mixed bag

Comfortable beds, nice swimming pool but could be warmer. No hot tub. The room we stayed in had a dirty lampshade and the same lamp had black grime on the base where you turn it on.
