Overall just a fine place to stay. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The AC was incredibly loud though and the fan only feature was broken so it would kick on and off and wake us up as it sounded like a freight train. Parking lot needs to be re-paved badly. Also breakfast was subpar due to no milk and broken toaster. Waffles were just fine though. We would stay here again as a quick stop.

Clean room, slept well, but needs some attention

First floor window wouldn't lock. Opened fridge and water gushed out (freezer compartment must have defrosted?) Beds were on a noisy metal platform. Tub floor seemed hollow and creaked. Carpet in hallway was worn. Beds were super comfy and room was adequately cool during heatwave.

We got a jacuzzi room. The one on the first floor smelled like mildew and had a hole in the wall. We requested a new room and that room was great. My in laws also stayed and they had a first floor room that I thought smelled like mildew as well but they stayed in theirs. Pool was nice and stays open late. Rooms are huge.

Easy communication to get on list for complimentary shuttle from airport. The Manager of the property as well as her husband are the nicest people! The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Area was safe and quiet. We would be happy to stay at this property when we visit the KC area again!

Got to the room and there was black dots on the sheet and blankets no big deal swipe them off, there was 4 pillows on the bed 3 of them looked and felt like they should have been tossed months ago they were corn out, inside of the fridge was dirty okay no problem wipe it out. Went to leave the room and the door lock swing bar was pulled halfway out of the door like someone had tried kicking the door in before. Told the staff about it and they nodded and went “um ok” Tried to use a few of the USB plugs to find out only one of them worked informed the staff and got met with the “um ok” again. The pool area was nice hot tub was luke warm and no clue how to turn the jets on. Spa area was not marked so we had no idea where it was. Outside of the hotel was littered with cigarette butts even in the non designated smoking areas and there was rocks from the landscaping everywhere and the stone retaining wall around the landscaping was in disrepair there was chunks from it everywhere and the parking lot was just as bad Overall the price of the room per night was not worth it at all. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but expected more than what I got will not be going back.
