Check in did not go well. We did online reservations when we went to check in the gentleman said i don't have a reservation there is one person with your name but they are alreadychecked in. Felt like we were trying to pull something over him. I told him i have a confirmation was getting ready to show him and all of a sudden he found it! Was disappointed pool was closed but we were not informed about any of the amenities available.. needed to call down and see when breakfast was served. I would recommend you have a meeting on customer service (how to be friendly and treating with respect) we have stayed here every time we've been to KC and have never had any complaints. Last year the lady was very informative and super friendly. Other than your customer service we enjoyed the room and your breakfast is good.

The Junior Suite that I stayed in (#207) needs to be renovated! There were several carpet stains and areas that needed obvious repair by both the entry and bathroom doors. Some of the walls had huge line marks on them. The bathroom was extremely small with a shaky shower/tub faucet handle and the fan vent was covered in dust. One of the double beds had several strains of hair that matched the ones on the unswept bathroom floor and the other bed had a comforter that appeared dirty. I am pretty sure that the room was maybe half cleaned. There were no extra outlets by the bed to charge your electronic devices. The room just appeared very outdated! I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel because the overall reviews were very good and the deceiving photos looked great but overall I would never stay at this hotel again especially for the price that I paid! Thank you in advance!
