They did not notify us that they didn’t offer room service UNLESS it is asked for so I did ask for it on the second day and NEVER received it. Had to go get my own towels to at least have clean towels to shower with. Complained to GENERAL MANAGER who said nothing did not even apologize. I asked for corporates number to complain and was given false number. Then I found an email address and wrote them and still haven’t heard a word from them. ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE PLAIN RIGHT DISRESPECTFUL!!!!

Where do I start. House keeping stoled my bag with my son’s prescription! They denied she took the bag. Going to corporate! No cameras in the hallways, old run down hotel with bugs in the rooms. Don’t let your kids walk alone in these hallways. Creepy shady men that run the hotel!
