Great Couples’ Getaway

Had a wonderful couples’ getaway. The staff is super friendly and the ambiance was lovely. There are several restaurants close by. We had breakfast on site at Three Owls. It’s a nice buffet though a bit pricey. We look forward to going back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor pool.

Everyone was nice and courteous, the place was clean and beautiful. The only problem I had was being told the breakfast buffet came with my harry s. Truman kings sweet. Then when i went to check out they said it was only a 20 dollar credit.

I always enjoy staying at the Elms. I noticed where we stayed was extremely loud. You could hear every door shut and every conversation as people walked down the hall from inside the room. We lost water pressure on all three mornings. No water was coming out of the faucet or out of the shower.

Fabulous, Quiet, & classy.

Wonderful, relaxing getaway alone, for small group of close friends, or couples. The hotel itself is quiet, but not dead. It's not for guests looking for night life or heavy partying. The spa is a sanctuary...quiet space.

For the price point of this beautiful historic hotel, The Elms Hotel leaves something to be desired for the little things that would make a huge difference. For instance, the very small bathroom/shower has a slick shower pan. It would be great if there was either a textured shower floor or at least a shower mat to help reduce the risk of slipping and falling. Also the toilet paper was very cheap and sub par. I would suggest that your guests need to feel pampered or at least in keeping with the cost of staying here. We were also underwhelmed with the food in the coffee shop. On an up note, our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! We enjoyed a room service breakfast our first morning and it was very nice! We were celebrating our first anniversary and enjoyed a very nice and truly wonderful dinner at the Three Owwls Restaurant! Compliments to the chef and wait staff for a special meal and dining experience.
