Roomed next to barking dogs. Website said pool was open the day before we arrived and it didn’t open until the day we left. Cockroach crawled over my husband’s foot the night before we left and the hotel would not even consider refunding us for the night.

when we booked, we asked for adjoining rooms with two double beds. When we arrived, they were not able to comply. They offered one king size room adjoining two double beds, which would’ve been perfect. However they charged three dollars for the rollaway bed we needed.

The staff support was lacking. We had issues checking in. When asked for water to take medication upon check in after a long flight they wanted to charge us $5. We booked a room for 3 people and the room was very tiny. We had to go and ask for more towels and pillows. No one came to clean or check on us

My stay would have been better if there wasn’t marijuana smell on my floor , I was sick at my stomach and a migraine for two days. I called twice to the front desk, FINALLY the night manager said I’ll move you, which I had to do by MYSELF. I was hoping for a little more than what I received for the inconvenience, perhaps a free night stay off my bill. For the amount I spent on my room at least they could have done was a night or two compensation. I mean come on, I was missable for two days. This is my second year coming and would like to come back next year, but I’m hoping I get treated better and with a better view than I had the first 3 days I had, Sat and Sun nights were better and the view was beautiful looking over the square with the lights. I’m just hoping that I’m treated better next year.
