This very popular getaway in the award-winning Truman Annex is a tropically decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home featuring an open floor plan with a great rear deck for entertaining and relaxing. The master bedroom has it's own balcony and the guest bedroom features a covered porch offering plenty of outdoor living. This opportunity also includes a carport and a convenient community pool. The President's Walk area of the Truman Annex is located on Southard Street and this particular gem is perfect for both people watching and the best view of several local parades. Complete with updated appliances, 2 TVs, Wi-Fi and a lovely landscaped front and backyard. A perfect little slice of Paradise.

Wonderful

Great location and clean condo. Couldn’t navigate the tv but not a big deal on vacay. No kitchen linens but paper towels and bathroom hand towels sufficed. Rental co was great to work with on our early arrival and late departure. Location was fantastic!

Truman Annex

We have stay at the property before. We love the location of this condo. The floors were a little dirty but everything else was clean. The lamps in the back bedroom needs replaced or rewired. One lamp the wire was twisted up and electrical tape on it. Definitely not to code. The two plugs also need’s replaced as nothing would stay in them. Overall it’s a great place and we will stay there again

Good location

This property is not exactly how they show it, on room has queen size bed however the mattress has you both rolling into each other in the center. The other room which is pictured as large bed is actually 2 twin size beds, not exactly the most accommodating for a married couple. The fact that it had a washer/dryer on sight was nice. And the property is within walking distance to a lot of destinations.

We had a fun week - we had some issues with the rental but they were quick to fix what they could. The master bedroom bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.

Overall great place to stay however, needs updating. Bed upstairs very noisy, limited linens and pillows available. Great location and compass reality made check in and out very easy and accomadating!

Great Location

Overall this is a very nice property in a great location with walking access to most of old town Key West. The bedrooms are a little on the small side but otherwise it was clean and well stocked with supplies

We enjoyed our stay here. The only draw back was traffic noise. The one bedroom you could hear everything and it appeared we were near the main entrance - delivery trucks..trash trucks...and people with loud radios. Other than that we liked the place. The patio out back was shady and quiet.

Great Location

House was great and we had a great time. Excellent location and 10 min walking distance from everything. Cold A/C which was great after a hot day in July. Of note, one bathtub drain plug was rusted out and would not hold water and the dishwasher had a very unfavorable odor that took -about 5 cycles to clean out. Other than that, the house had everything we needed, great kitchen - linens - beach towels - extra blankets. Would have been nice to have a safe for guests. Thank you for renting out this beautiful property.

Relaxing in Truman Annex

The townhouse was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with dishes ,pots pans and utensils. Very comfortable living room furniture and patio. Would have liked a grill outside. Great location and lovely pool. While the street was very busy with traffic, it was quiet inside the house.

The condo was very clean and in the best location you could ask for. Close to everything.

The area of the Truman annex is very nice. Duval Street is only two blocks away. The whole area is kept up and neat. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice place to stay with plenty of room in the condo for 6. Staff was pleasant and we were located a short walk from most places. We made a family trip for a week and overall we are pleased with the stay.
