Bathroom was dirty, had a dirty qtip stuck to the floor crown molding in the bathroom, the furniture was not clean, extra towels delivered were left in the toilet. Room wasn’t cleaned when we were told there was daily housekeeping and we were not told about the complimentary breakfast that came with the room price until we checked out. The guy that was at front desk wanted to argue and didn’t care about our experience. I would not recommend this place.

The grounds were lovely and the location was great. Parking on site was convenient, but you do have to pay additional fee. The bed was very comfortable, and the continental breakfast was standard—nothing special, but convenient for a quick bite. However, the AC didn’t effectively remove humidity, and cooling varied between rooms. The lights and ceiling fan would randomly turn on and off, which was odd. The bathroom definitely needs an update—tiles were cracked, and the caulking around the tub looked dirty and worn.

Wonderful hotel. Truly a little slice of paradise in the middle of busy Key West. Rooms are nicely appointed, large and welcoming. Pool area is like a private oasis. Breakfast and the wine and cheese at happy hour are an added bonus. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Highly recommend.

The property and area around the property was fairly quiet, but close or easy walking distance to activities on and around Duvall Street. I was in the queen bed room by the pool. The activity outside the room and the guests above were easily heard. The beds were too soft for my preference and the air conditioner in that room was extra noisy. All in all, the Paradise Inn was quaint and nice being in town.
