This beach chic retreat is the largest of the 2 bed/2 bath floor plans. It is also one of only a handful of condos in Grand Champions to install whisper quiet zoned air conditioning. Enjoy! :)

Grand Champions Villas is located in the heart of Wailea and nestled between The Wailea Blue Golf Course, ranked among America's best resort courses by Golf Digest and The Wailea Tennis Club ranked as one of the country's 50 best resort tennis facilities. Across the street from the Villas is The Shops at Wailea where you will find luxury shopping and fine dining as well as the luxury hotel properties linked by a scenic pedestrian beachwalk.

The Villa is refurnished in its entirety by Maui's finest interior designer. The style is beach house chic, beautifully comfortable and casual and not a bit too fussy. The villa has colorful accents, organic elements of shells, driftwood and seagrass. As our guest, you are coming for the sea, beach and relaxed Maui lifestyle and we wish to provide warmest aloha, beauty and comfort during your stay.

The villa has a perfect location within the complex. Traveling with our family and all of our 'necessities', the villa provides easy ground floor access for carrying suitcases, groceries, pool and beach gear. It is situated near the guard house for a quick morning walk off property to the beach.

For those traveling with another couple (or possibly teenagers with differing sleep/wake schedules), the villa contains two master suites, each with a private full bath, and separate, private entrances. One master suite has floor to ceiling windows that lead to a private lanai with tree top views overlooking the pool. The other master suite has multiple large windows with views of the tropical grounds.

The tradewinds feel amazing. In the mornings and evenings you may enjoy opening the large lanai sliders that run the length of the villa to feel the cool breeze and watch the sunrise and sunset. Both front doors also have latches to keep them ajar for those not afraid of little Gecko visitors.

If age appropriate, send the kids to the pool and watch them swim while sitting in the comfort of your lanai and drinking a glass of Pog (a delicious Hawaiian concoction of passion fruit, orange juice and guava). This may be an opportune time to tackle the family laundry using the private, family size LG washer and dryer enclosed in the water closet on the lanai. Of course washing powder is provided for you. Relax and feel the warm Maui sun.

For those headed to the beach, check the lanai beach box for beach chairs and toys that are constantly changing. An awesome free for all guests to enjoy. For those staying behind, relax and enjoy your favorite movies on Netflix. Consider ordering pizza delivery from Manoli's.

We loved this condo. The bedrooms are large, so the kid who was sleeping on the pullout couch still had plenty of space in the primary bedroom for all of their things. It was clean and super well stocked. We had everything we needed for a few simple meals throughout the week. I can’t think of anything we needed that we did not have at our fingertips. The hosts were in touch and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time in Wailea

Everything about the experience was fantastic. The communication with the owners was efficient, timely, and they provided lots of good information prior to arrival as well as within the condo. The condo was perfect, very clean, and well stocked. We ended up making three dinners and a breakfast in the well appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were very cozy and comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and the showers were great. My wife loved the decor stating that there was something on every wall that made her smile. There were plenty of books and games provided to keep everyone entertained. Our family and friend loved both pools on the property, with one being right outside the lanai. Very convenient to shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and the amazing beaches.

BEST VRBO we have ever stayed in with the most welcoming, kind owners. From the moment you drive into the complex you know that you are staying in one of the nicest, safest, gorgeous places on the island. But the unit is the best part as it is located close to the parking spot overlooking the family pool surrounded by large tropical trees. We felt so relaxed and made this our home away from home. The owner communicated regularly before and during our stay and everything inside the unit was excellent quality. We especially loved the comfortable beds and 3 A/C units. Trip of a lifetime

We're just settling in from being back from the absolute best 10 day vacation we have ever taken! I am so thankful we were able to find this renewal at GC41 as it worked perfectly for my family. I have very high expectations for rentals, after traveling for so many years, and this one truly exceeded every expectation. The communication with Jessica before, during and after was wonderful and extremely helpful! The condo was exactly as described, if not better, and fit our family of 4 perfectly! The condo is well stocked with absolutely everything you might need for your stay (including scissors)! The first trip to the grocery store for the household items is always the most painful when on vacation, and we didn't have to do that with condo stocked with all the necessities (and high quality). The location was ideal for our home base, allowing us easy access to shopping, restaurants, a quick drive to the beach and just off the main road to all our sightseeing. There is a great guide on how to use all electronics, as well as a wonderful guide with personal feedback on restaurants, shops, attractions, etc. We had such a wonderful stay, all starting with our rental with Surfer Boy Properties, and we can't wait to share our experience with others!

Fabulous stay

Had a wonderful time in Maui. The condo is perfectly located, it is close proximity to many beaches and shopping. Grocery store 20 minutes away which was perfect to pick up necessities. Very nice grilling and pool area. The condo was better than expected. The owners always responded within minutes to any inquiries. If we go back to Maui, I would definitely rebook with them!!!

We had the most amazing stay in this beautiful condo, it was absolutely perfect for our family. The location was excellent, close to everything you would ever need! The condo was stunning and you could even enjoy beautiful sunsets right from your lanai. The owners were so helpful and kind and really made an effort to make our vacation the best it could be. We recently stayed at this wonderful vacation rental and it exceeded our expectations! Awesome Stay!

Absolutely looks exactly as pictured! I have used VRBO many times, and I have to say this and only one other condo I have rented has been exactly as pictured! Owner's definitely have pride of ownership and have taken care of this condo. Communication was excellent when we had a couple of questions prior to our trip. Everything was so streamlined and easy...from access into the condo when checking in, to parking passes and the condo was stocked with just about everything imaginable! We so appreciate the beach chairs, beach towels...and even coffee pods/ and tea that was available when we ran out of our own on the last day! Wailea shops were close, as well as many restaurants. We really enjoyed taking a walk down to the beach walking path each morning and would walk about 3 miles round trip each morning (though the walking path is super close to the condo).Would recommend this condo highly!

My husband, 2 teenagers, and 3 yr old toddler stayed here for 5 nights. Beautiful condo with a ton of amenities. The large patio and loungers were my favorite, and I enjoyed a glass of wine every night on the loungers in peace, lol. All the kitchen equipment /utensils were available. Puzzles and games for the kids were a hit and the beach box outside was a huge bonus. We used the umbrellas, beach chairs, soft cooler, and my toddler was so excited about the sand toys. Great hosts with excellent communication and recommendations in Maui. Looking forward to staying here again.

Amazing Accommodations

From the second we walked into this beautiful villa on the Grand Champions property, we knew we made the right choice. From the cleanliness, to layout, to amenities, to the view of the pool. Everything was just as the photos depicted and we enjoyed every part of it. Pool/beach toys on the lanai for use were a HUGE hit. Our twin 3.5yr olds had a wonderful time and we were all comfortable every second of our stay there. Converted us to buying a Rumba as well! You can tell the owners take pride in their property and like to keep as clean and updated as possible.

Love this condo!

My husband & I took our parents for their first visit to Maui 
 we had the most amazing time! This condo has everything you possibly could need and my favorite location on the island! We have stayed in other surfer boy property’s at this complex & it’s always the best experience. The decor, the bedding it’s all 5 star! Thank you Jessica & Paul your the best!!

Great Condo!

Very clean, easy communication with the owner, walkable distance to the shops, restaurants and beach. Pool can get a little loud, but the staff is quick to respond to groups being overly loud. Loved sitting on the lenai and listening to the birds in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee.

We look forward to coming back

This lovely condo is exactly as pictured. We were very comfortable and impressed with how well stocked it was for anything we needed, including all of the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, toys, etc.) The deck is very big and comfortable with a view of the pool. We are avid snorkellers and were thrilled with local Ulua and Maluaka beaches. If we are back in the area one day, we hope to stay again!
