The condo was nice relaxing space for me and my husband. We enjoyed coffee on the lanai in the morning. We had other family members staying in two other condos at this resort which worked out great for everyone.

Beautiful and well maintained property. Large heated swimming pool nice hot tub. Very close to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores. Lovely stay and communication with the host was answered right away. Would stay again.

We loved our stay! The location is right next to a bay and so easy for families with all ages. The back patio opens up to grass and let’s in lots of good light which is also great for children. They even had very helpful things already in the place like pack-n-plays, AC, sand toys, boogie boards, etc.. The host was helpful, clear, and informative. Really Fantastic. We will be coming here again. I recommend here and we felt very safe and enjoyed our stay.

Great stay

This was a really nice place to stay for our family. It had a great pool area, plenty big for the number of people using it, but I did imagine from the pictures that the pool would be even bigger. The location was convenient and felt safe. Parking was no problem. There was beach gear and a nice little travel set of soap, plus laundry and dishwashing pods. My kids slept well on the hide a bed and the bedroom had a nice TV in it, in addition to the living area TV. The AC unit was only for the bedroom, so if you like it at 72* F year round, this might not work for you.

Koa 1B

Location was great and within the property pool was just a short walk out the Lanai AC unit in bedroom worked very well. We could here upstairs neighbors walking in their unit, their laundry, music etc. Unit is also close to the road so you can here some louder vehicles driving by. If sound doesn’t bother you then this wouldn’t be an issue but we were woken up by the sound of loud footsteps from the upstairs unit while we were sleeping. Would not be good for young kids as it was very loud in the middle of the night.

Great week!

It was a great place to stay. Newly remodeled and clean. Had everything we needed and had nice beach equipment. Has only air in bedroom but has nice ceiling fans and with doors to create a wonderful breeze through the unit. Didn’t need the air. Great pool area to hang out after the day at the beach. Thanks!
