Luxurious 1 BR, 2 BA Wailea- Remodeled Bathrooms.

Our villa is a one bedroom, 2 bathroom on the ground floor with a very large lanai, which features sliding doors that expand the living room into the lanai. This feature expands the already spacious 1022 sq feet into an impressive 1500 sq feet. Hida- couch and single foam mattress in the living room allows for the villa to comfortable accommodate 4 individuals.

The villa is centered in the grounds of the perfectly groomed gardens and lawns of The Palms at Wailea. The Palms at Wailea feature a large shared pool and hot tub which both have amazing views of the Wailea coast. These grounds are a perfect back drop for a young family, couple looking for a winter retreat or a retired couple seeking adventures that can only be found on the South Maui Coast!

Our villa is second to none featuring full entertainment system including flat screen tv and ipod stereo hookup, all kitchen necessities and appliances, en-suite laundry and all towels sheets an comforters are provided.

Fantastic Place and Location

Maui is a great place and this property was awesome. Literally a block or so to the beach, close to shopping and golf. Awesome outdoor patio and grill. I highly recommend the property and I will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect & so beautiful. The condo was very clean, comfortable, quiet & had all the amenities we needed. The condo was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a 5 minute drive to access other amazing beaches.We would stay here again!

Great location!

We loved the convenient location and that we could walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The complex has a nice pool too. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It even had beach towels, pool towels, and beach chairs for us to use! We had a wonderful time. I would recommend this apartment.

Maui Paradise

Always love going to Maui. The palms at Wailea is a great place. Condo was spacious and the large Lani and BBQ were a great outdoor space. Next time in Maui will look at renting this unit again. Host checked in several times to make sure everything was fine.

A Gem at the Palms

Roxann's condo at the Palms is an exceptional VRBO rental. The condo is fully equipped and very comfortable. We have stayed in many condos in the Palms at Wailea and this was by far the best experience to date. Roxann is very communicative and delightful. I highly recommend this rental.

Lovely condo at the Palms. Lower level with large outdoor patio and floor to ceiling windows. Rebecca does an excellent job communicating during your stay and has the condo stocked with everything you need to enjoy paradise for your vacation.

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay at Roxanne’s! She was very communicative, the condo was very clean, and it had everything we needed. We really appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked and we enjoyed having meals outside on the spacious lanai. The pool was super relaxing and we loved being just a short walk to the beach for evening sunsets! There is some mild road noise that can be heard from the lanai, it wasn’t an issue for us but something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to noise! Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Still love this place!

This is our second time staying here and it’s as good as ever. There have been some nice updates made to the main bathroom area that we loved and helped make our stay even more comfortable. The location is great and although some complain about the traffic noise honestly it’s not that bad. The villa is well equipped and dealing with Roxann was as usual delightful. We will definitely be back
