Luxurious 1 BR, 2 BA Wailea- Remodeled Bathrooms.

Our villa is a one bedroom, 2 bathroom on the ground floor with a very large lanai, which features sliding doors that expand the living room into the lanai. This feature expands the already spacious 1022 sq feet into an impressive 1500 sq feet. Hida- couch and single foam mattress in the living room allows for the villa to comfortable accommodate 4 individuals.

The villa is centered in the grounds of the perfectly groomed gardens and lawns of The Palms at Wailea. The Palms at Wailea feature a large shared pool and hot tub which both have amazing views of the Wailea coast. These grounds are a perfect back drop for a young family, couple looking for a winter retreat or a retired couple seeking adventures that can only be found on the South Maui Coast!

Our villa is second to none featuring full entertainment system including flat screen tv and ipod stereo hookup, all kitchen necessities and appliances, en-suite laundry and all towels sheets an comforters are provided.

Great Vacation

We have been staying at The Palms at Wailea for several winters. Roxann’s unit is very well-equipped and comfortable . We have already booked it again for winter 2026. The Palms is a beautiful property with easy access to all the amenities and beaches in the Kihei /Wailea area.There are a few steps to the front door and some road noise at certain times of day (mainly when shifts change at the Wailea hotels. But it is very quiet after “Maui Midnight” (9:00 pm).

Great condo in the best location in Maui

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location was perfect & so beautiful. The condo was very clean, comfortable, quiet & had all the amenities we needed. The condo was a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a 5 minute drive to access other amazing beaches.We would stay here again!

Great location!

We loved the convenient location and that we could walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The complex has a nice pool too. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. It even had beach towels, pool towels, and beach chairs for us to use! We had a wonderful time. I would recommend this apartment.

Remodeled condo

Well supplied and recently remodeled condo with tons of space in the bathroom, bedroom, as well as the living room. Huge Lanai overlooking some of the greenery. Private, with a bit of road noise from the nearby street. The pool is beautiful and serene (no road noise). Unfortunately, it was closed for 5 days as we were there during the 1 week of the year they do annual maintenance. Nevertheless, the beach was within a 10 minutes walk and the surrounding area was so lush and green.

Amazing Tropical Paradise

We are regulars to Maui and this was the best supplied unit and the best renovated unit that we've experienced. The condo had everything needed to make our home away from home ready for immediate use and the many small touches were very much appreciated. Our goal is to reach aloha and this property got us there very quickly; well appointed unit, spacious lanai, beautiful pool and friendly neighbours all contributed to an exceptional island holiday.

A Gem at the Palms

Roxann's condo at the Palms is an exceptional VRBO rental. The condo is fully equipped and very comfortable. We have stayed in many condos in the Palms at Wailea and this was by far the best experience to date. Roxann is very communicative and delightful. I highly recommend this rental.

The Palms at Wailea The condo was very nice and well appointed. The furniture (with the exception of the couch) was very comfortable. My favorite place was the lanai in the morning for yoga. The only drawback was the location facing a well traveled road that supported motorcycles and cars playing excessively loud music. The beaches in the local area are amongst the best on Maui and we spent 33 days enjoying them. The owner was responsive and helpful and we loved cooking and eating on the lanai.

Still love this place!

This is our second time staying here and it’s as good as ever. There have been some nice updates made to the main bathroom area that we loved and helped make our stay even more comfortable. The location is great and although some complain about the traffic noise honestly it’s not that bad. The villa is well equipped and dealing with Roxann was as usual delightful. We will definitely be back

Maui Dream Vacation

This home was amazing. The interior layout was very inviting and open, we used the kitchen to cook several things and they had a good mix of items to cook with. The lanai was huge with several places to chill and also a nice grill to cook with, which we took advantage of as well. The home entertainment set up was also great. Overall, we just loved this place and would absolutely want to come back and stay here again. Thank you for being a great host!

Wailea getaway

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Roxann’s. The well equipped condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A short walk down to the beach. The pool was a great way to cool off on a day when the wind was blowing too hard on the beach. Comfortable living room and huge lanai were the perfect way to end our days of exploring. There is a bit of traffic noise but nothing too bad to put a damper on the trip.
