Wailea Ekahi 1B Recently Remodeled Ocean View 1st Floor Luxury 1BD 2BA Condo

Unit 1B is located on beautiful Keawakapu Beach in gorgeous Wailea. This totally remodeled lower village, ground floor unit has one large lanai with a beautiful ocean view and Ekahi’s 34 acre tropical landscaped gardens. It has a lanai table that seats 6. It is located away from the roads so that you can hear the ocean not traffic.

Enjoy a short 2 minute walk to Ekahi's large main pool, pavilion and beach or take a dip in the adjacent quiet pool!! There are 4 pools on property! There's easy access to the 2 mile oceanfront 'Wailea walk'. You can also walk to some of the nicest hotels on Maui and enjoy their restaurants, ocean activities and other amenities including: snorkeling, diving, kayak and sailboat rentals.

The air conditioned bedroom features a king size bed with blackout curtains The air conditioned living room sleeps two on the queen Murphy Bed. Both bathrooms are brand new and the master has a tub. The fully equipped kitchen features a built in fridge, beautiful granite counter tops and glass cook top. There is wireless internet, flat screen TV in Living Room and Bedroom, an iPod docking station, as well as free long distance phone calls to the US and Canada. This condo is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys.
Unfortunately the current Ekahi Board of Directors has had all grills removed from lanais following a recent grill caused fire at another Building. There are 2 gas grills and 1 charcoal grill at the pavilion.

Wonderful stay

Our family of four has stayed at the Wailea 1B previously and we really enjoyed our visit again this year. The condo is clean, updated, well equipped and kept in very good condition, with owners are great hosts and super responsive should you need anything. The Ekahi Village property is a beautiful property in a great location, with nice amenities and easy beach access. We always have such a relaxing, fun trip here and look forward to being back again.

Great condo for our family!

Stayed with my husband and our almost 2 year old. It was a good size bedroom (with pack-n-play set up ready for us!) for the three of us. And great lanai and living room to hang out in during nap time and early bed time so we weren’t stuck going to bed early! Right across the private road from our me if the pools and easy walk to the beach. There is a great wagon to pull the stuff there, but do need to lift it down about15 stairs to the beach. Would stay again for sure!!!

Paradise in Wailea!

Beautiful and spacious condo. Well appointed and maintained. Loved the chaise and table on the lanai. Access to the beach is an easy walk but steep hill returning to the condo. Not a problem for us. Pools are nice. Parking is easy. We will return. This is our second visit to this property.

Wonderful stay in Ekahi 1B

Wailea Ekahi 1B is a wonderful condo in the heart of beautiful Wailea. It's great for a family of four. There is a murphy bed in the livingroom and a very comfortable king sized bed in the one bedroom unit. Having two bathrooms made it easy for all of us. The main bedroom bathroom does have a step into tub but the other shower had easy access. The kitchen is supplied well for all of your needs while eating in. We never figured out how to use the coffee maker, but there was one in the kitchen with some coffee pods. The lanai has a spectacular view of the ocean. We enjoyed watching boats go by in the mornings while eating breakfast. It's a short walk down the hill to the main pavilion. You can either walk down the paved road or down a grassy hill. We also loved having the quiet pool right across from the condo. The A/C worked great and the fans in the bedroom and living room helped cool the condo. Parking is a bit tight at times, but there is another parking lot very closed if you can't find a spot. It was very convenient to have a code to the front door as well as all the other gates in the community. Unfortunately, there was construction going on above the unit next to us and the people working were very loud at times. That is really my only complaint about our stay. I'd highly recommend this unit and we hope to return to it again soon.

Beautiful island & condo

The condo was exactly as pictured & better! Spacious with great outdoor space and seating as well. Beds were comfy with nice linens. Owner stocked with basic needs to start the trip. We rented both 1A and 1B with five adults and one infant. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to make dinner (we did this most nights). BBQs were right across the street, easy to access/use. There was four chairs & umbrella or two at each unit. There was also a lot of beach gear for our use - beach toys, wagons, coolers and boogie boards. They even provided a pack and play for our daughter. The walk to the main pool was down a short hill, short and easy. Slight hill/incline on the way up but didn't bother us. Beach access is right past the pool and we often just went to the beach as it was easy. The pavilion at the complex has a fridge & grills and we spent many sunsets there eating dinner. The grounds are immaculate at the condo complex. Right next to the Wailea shops, which was great for us to run over to the island market if we needed something. Keihi isn't but 5 minutes into town if you need anything either. Just close enough. If we had to have a complaint it was no hot tub at the complex, and bathing our infant was hard in the tub with the glass door. But, overall, our 10 day trip made a lot of family memories and we can't wait to go back to this condo. We have been to Maui 5 times, and this is hands down the best place we have stayed. Thanks for the great trip!

Absolutely fantastic!

This unit was everything we needed and more. Updated & well maintained, gorgeous decor & artwork. Very well stocked kitchen, clean, beds comfortable, soft towels and all amenities were provided. Beach toys, boogie board, 4 chairs, umbrella and even a beach cart to take it all down. Quiet with a peekaboo view, large lanai. So close to the quiet pool it felt like your own private pool. If I could give higher than a 10, I would. Thank you!

Great Stay! Excellent property.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Super clean, close to all the shops/restaurants, easy walk to the pool and beach. The pool is great, large pavilion area with kitchen and direct access to beach. Murphy bed was comfortable and so easy for our 9 year old. We can have the tv up and bed ready in under 60 seconds :) Can’t go wrong here
everything is available in unit. Outside of having a few additional hand towels, it was a perfect stay.

Great unit!

The unit is beautifully decorated and furnished. There’s a Murphy bed that matches the wall when put up. Games, books and sports equipment are provided. The unit was maintained well. The air conditioners kept us cool. Kitchen and washing appliances worked well. Instructions for operation of ceiling fans, lights and everything was provided. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside but the time we did spend was comfortable and enjoyable.

This place has been remodeled top to bottom with high quality furnishings. We enjoyed our stay at Wailea Ekahi 1B! We treated this space with the upmost respect (as if it were our own). I hope other vacationers do the same as the unit was beautiful!

Great rental for our family

This was the second time we stayed at this property. Both visits we’ve had a great time. The layout works well for our family of 4 with two younger kids (10 and 7) and the condo is well kept and clean. From the well-equipped modern kitchen, to the living space, master bedroom, two good-sized bathrooms, washer and dryer, TVs, AC, nice spacious and private lanai, view of the ocean, and pool right across from the unit, it really has everything we could ask for. It is a short walk to the main pool and the beach and just a great place for us to relax and enjoy ourselves while in beautiful Maui.

Very nice property

You can tell the owners have been doing this for a long time. They have it down to a science. The Condo Board changed the gas grill policy prior to our arrival, and the owners communicated that change immediately. Well done Dan and Tere. Highly recommended.

Upscale condo in Wailea!

Upscale and renovated condo in Wailea location. Easy access to Keawakapu Beach Path and upscale hotels. Condo complex has community pool steps from beach. Pool has lounge chairs, umbrellas and a covered pavilion. Condo has beach chairs and umbrella for beach. Lanai has a peek a boo view of ocean. Property owner extremely accommodating as our trip was rescheduled multiple times due to Covid. This complex and unit great alternative to a high priced hotel. Definitely would stay here again!

Fun and Peaceful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Dan and Tere’s beautiful property! Everything was perfect . It was well appointed with easy access to both Weilea and Kihei, plus the view was great and it was close to the beach and pools. Everything in the unit worked as it should and the Murphy bed was a plus, which was a comfortable place for my two children to sleep. The grounds were immaculate and we enjoyed spending time on the Lanai. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from our stay at Ekahi.

Comfortable Condo with an excellent view and short walk to pool and beach

Would book this same condo again; we traveled with our family (6 adults and 7 kids) and this place had enough room for the grandchildren to enjoy a movie or play on the lawn right outside the lanai. We booked three condos, and we felt that this one was had "it all" with grills right across the lanai and an additional pool steps away.

The Four Tops

Wailea/Kihei has the top restaurants on Maui. Ekahi complex is one of the top developments in the area with a couple of the top golf courses nearby. The top weather in Maui is here. You can't top it!
