Our room was very spacious, and needless to say, the view from the room was spectacular. There is no outdoor onsen, but you can go outside to the terrace and cool down directly from the public bath. Breakfast wasn't super fancy, but typical Japanese breakfast buffet, and everything tasted good. There is an Izakaya super close to the hotel, which was very cheap with generous portion.

The two East Indians staff were very rude towards me and my partner. They seemed to change their attitude towards us when they seen my partner having a tattoo on his hand. There was a few papers in our rooms saying we can get room service but when we asked they told us no, They weren’t helpful at all. The room was not the best, the water pressure was terrible. But besides that the view is beautiful and the other staff were very friendly and welcoming towards us. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all though

Room was spacious and clean. We got new towels everyday in a box set outside the room. Breakfast was not good. Every day the same and very little choices and runs out quickly. Check-In was good. Some staff couldn’t speak English at all and doesn’t seems to know around. Asking for lunch recommendation is simply “no” or “7-eleven”.

Room spotless. Comfort beds. A bit dusappointed that becsuse we didn't go with the dinner package tgst we could not eat in the hotel except to order room service. There are a lot of other restaurants within driving distance though. I highly revommend '38 Kawaguchiko', a quaint Italian place owned by a sweet coipke with outstanding food. In pics, it looks like there is an outside hot tub but there is not. I asked a man for an extra pillow one evening ( the heavier man) and he said there were none. I said "really?", he replied "yes, really". It was clear to me that he just didn't want to bother. The next day, across the hall from our room there was a housekeeping room with extra pillows which a lovely male housekeeper had no issue with govong me. All that being said, the view of Mt Fuji from our room was outstanding.

Checking at 4pm and checkout at 10am was already ridiculous. But it got worse when we asked to leave our luggage on the hotel after check out for only 1:30h and they wanted to charge us for it. Overall hotel is good, but this greedy behave is really disappointing

The room is spacious and have the Mt. Fuji view.They also offer free shuttle service between the hotel and Kawaguchiko station. The driver is very nice and can communicate in English. Very good!

We loved our stay at The Gran Resort Princess Fujikawaguchiko. We arrived late at night and they were very helpful with check-in and once we realized I had left a cellphone behind in the taxi they were very quick to help us find it and contact the taxi company. They even waited outside (insisted even) to get my phone, after they saw me waiting for the taxi driver to return. The beds were comfortable and we had an incredible view of the mountain from our window, so beautiful in the morning and an affordable stay at that so we were incredibly grateful for that. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast had both continental and traditional options (e.g., miso soup, milk pudding, tabletop grill to grill fish, fruits, etc.)

We were at the property at the for 2 nights. The view of Mt Fuji was amazing. Breakfast spread was good value for money. The property is a bit dated and far from the main drag, but the service and the onsen was amazing. Would recommend this place.

Property for the night was what we needed! Hotel has outstanding views of Mt Fuji! We didn't use any amenities onsite so can't speak to those. The gentleman at the front counter was absolutely fantastic when we first came in. So friendly and helpful. When we came back to check in, the 2 at the desk were friendly but definitely not as friendly as the older gentleman earlier in the day!
