Charming studio located in the well-known city of La Jolla. Within minutes of
La Jolla Shores, Pacific Beach, la Jolla Village and more. Close access to freeway and other San Diego world renown attractions. This fully equipped roomy cottage has a queen bed, walk-in closet, full bathroom, kitchen, patio, WiFi, Cental Air Conditioning and Smart Roku TV.

We do not allow check in / out on major Holidays. Min stay including a major holidays 4 nights.

This 500sf studio is located in the desirable neighborhood of La Jolla. It is attached to the main home, but completely private and separate with a private entrance (from front driveway) and newly constructed private patio (as of Oct 2022).

Studio includes Cental AC, a super comfortable queen-sized bed, spacious walk-in closet with drawers, plenty of hanging space (with hangers), iron/ironing board, and floor space for luggage. Kitchen has everything you need (dishes, utensils, cookware), and bath and bedroom linens are provided. Living room contains a couch that will comfortably seat 3, a chair, large coffee table and new 40` samsung TV (with roku).

The location is close to everything. It`s walking distance up to a 360-degree view of San Diego County atop Mt Soledad and down to the beautiful Kate Sessions Park with vistas to Mexico. La Jolla, Bird Rock and Pacific Beaches are just a short drive. Popular attractions include, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium, Balboa Park, Old Town, Sea Port Village, Point Loma, Belmont Park, etc.

You will have private access to the entire studio including all that is scene in pictures, kitchen, bathroom, living area & patio.

Please note: Only guest staying for an extended stay (7 days or more) will have access to the laundry machines.

The studio shares a wall with the laundry room of the main house that is owner occupied. You may run into owners when entering or leaving the studio, but they will respect your privacy.

Although you can easily call a cab or use UBER/LIFT, I do highly recommend a car. There is always ample parking available on the street, usually right in front of the house.

NOTE: Primary guest must be over age of 21. In addition to two adults, we do allow babies. A pack and play and linens can be provided upon request at no additional charge.

**Please Note: All payments are processed via Stripe, which charges a non-refundable 4% credit card processing fee. In the event of a cancellation that qualifies for a refund under our cancellation policy, the refund will be issued minus the 4% processing fee, as this amount is retained by the payment processor and not recoverable
Guest need to be over the age of 25 (this does not include children accompanied by a parent)
