We loved the traditional rooms - but we love that wood like feeling… the arcades were great and they were all functional. I would say the thing that stood out to us the most was the water temperature; we found it to be quite cold actually … we normally hear our pool in the summer at 87 degrees so 82 felt cold but other then that everything was clean and fun!

We had to wait in the kiddy an hour because our room wasn’t ready. The hotel was dirty. The tub had holes in it. There was poop smeared on the wall in the bathroom, no pillow for the pullout bed. The front desk was very helpful and kind, and maintenance was prompt in fixing our TV

Blankets and pillows had stains on them. Ask for new ones and they did bring us some! I dont know how the housekeeping staff didn't noyice the dtains when putting pillow cases on. Not sure the blankets are changed with each room changeover given how the stains were the same on blankets and the pillows. Looked like someone had a bloody nose or something. It was gross

Overall neat, staff is very nice. The only thing that was disappointing and it also happened on our last visit this summer was that the rooms are never ready for 4 p.m..... Can be frustrating after a long drive. Also, the carpets are always very dirty.....as for the water park, the water was cold. Many families were complaining for the same issue

We weren’t given a room until 2 hours after check-in. The hotel was dirty. Rugs in shared spaces and our room needed to be vacuumed. There were hairs in my shower. It was so loud in our room until after 11:00. They ran out of extra pillows for the sleeper sofa. I’ve never experienced such dirty conditions, noise and waits at any other hotel I’ve stayed in. There was a 45 minute wait to be seated in their mostly empty restaurant because the kitchen was behind because they were short staffed. The excuse we were given about our check-in wait was also that they were short staffed.

physical accommodations were good and generally clean. The staff however were both rude (at the coffee shop in the lobby) and , when the power went out at 8:30pm- no staff could tell us if life saftey systems like heating (it was 5 degrees outside that night) and fire saftey were supported by an alt power source. Not a single manager in sight during the whole ordeal. And to top it off- NO person answers the phones.
