The Luzerne Overlook

This five-bedroom, three-bath home sits on Lake Luzerne. This beautiful lakefront home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining area, a mudroom with a washer and dryer, private parking, a sun porch, and an outdoor shower. This home can comfortably sleep 12.

On the main floor, there is a queen bedroom, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and a wood-burning fireplace. Off of the dining room, this house offers a screened-in porch. Upstairs you will find one king bedroom with a master bath, two queen bedrooms, a full bath with a tub and a shower, and the fifth room featuring a twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed.

Step outside and take in the endless lake views on the 8X16 outdoor deck where you will find a BBQ for all your outdoor cooking needs as well as an enclosed outdoor shower. Just off of the deck, take a walk down the staircase to a private dock where you can enjoy endless swimming, two kayaks, one paddleboard, one canoe, lake access, and all the fresh, Adirondack air your lungs can handle! In the evening get your smores and gather the kids around the fire pit as you watch the sunset on a perfect day.

This home is pet friendly, bring along your four-legged friend, for a small fee. Must submit an up-to-date Rabies Vaccination card, dogs only.

Lake Luzerne is located fifteen minutes from Lake George Village and thirty minutes to Saratoga.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at the Luzerne Outlook - can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful property, everything you could ask for and more. Loved the interior and all the extras. Having the lake access so perfect with such a beautiful view plus having kayaks right there. Just an awesome place and already planning our next trip back!

Family fall gathering

Myself and my family members have really enjoyed our stay at lake Luzerne! The house was incredibly welcoming and clean with lots of space to relax , cook together and enjoy the simplicity of life ! We loved relaxing by the fire and we did have the opportunity to use the kayaks , the kids loved it ! Thank you for the great stay and I hope to come back one day !

Luzerne Overlook

We stayed at this beautiful home for first week of June for the Belmont stakes that was hosted at Saratoga race track. The house was 30 minutes away and a perfect location. The view was amazing and a great way to wake up in the morning. The house was decorated beautifully and was very clean. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to have a quiet serene vacation.

Super impressed!

Our family weekend was filled with lifetime memories. This property was pristine and decorated compared to a HGTV show. We all felt at home, so cozy and comfortable. The lake is gorgeous. Family members had wonderful experiences on the kayaks. The fire pit was the perfect way to end the day.

A fun time at the lake house

The ONLY issue everyone has with the bedrooms, was that there were no dresses of any type to store our clothes and other items. Also there were NO large garbage bags

Such a perfect lake house.

This house was an absolute dream. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with a beautiful gift basket from your hosts. The house is pristine with views of the lake from most of the rooms. The decor is lake-themed with high quality furniture, accents and the overall ambiance is one f peace, relaxation and healing. If you are looking to get away, with friends or family, this spot is heaven on earth. No motorized vehicles are allowed on this lake....it was so clean and quiet! Morning coffee and views from the dock are priceless. The loons and various wildlife that can be heard in the morning is magical. We will be back.

Pretty but dirty

They email me the wrong code to open the door so I had to call the management company and I had to wait for them to call the owner to get the right code. Then I got inside and everything looks as in the pictures but unfortunately when is time for bed, all the beds have dirty sheets, so unsanitary.My sister couldn’t fall sleep because a strong bad smell in her bed, well it was a dirty stinky sock in the bottom bunk bed. My husband and I had the master bedroom, I got so excited and then my husband couldn’t not fall asleep because the room was so dusted that he was sneezing so much, so we had to was the sheets and mop the floor, so I don’t understand why you charge a cleaning fee???

The house itself is OK but rather small if you are trying to accommodate more than 8. The kitchen and family room are small. The outside area was very disappointing. It was not well maintained(dirty/cobwebs) and there were ant hills everywhere, we would not let the kids out there to play. There was a corn hole game but the bean bags had been eaten away by something! They very much need an exterminator outside and inside. There are just sheer curtains on the windows so don't expect to sleep late. The house is somewhat remote; 20 minutes to Lake George area and about 35 minutes to Saratoga Springs. Not much in the area as far as places to eat out.*Luggage racks are needed.*Only a half roll of paper towels was provided.*We were told to use make up wipes; not the towels; but none were provided. *There were no extra trash bags provided.*The WiFi connection is not very good so don't plan on doing and work if you stay here.*The coffee maker had an attachment for pods that was removed but we found that. No K-cups were provided as stated in the welcome materials.Generally, we were disappointed.
