Charming and Cozy Lansing Loft Home
Everything you need for a comfortable stay in your home away from home! Charming and cozy home with lots of light, full kitchen and deck space for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Less than 10 minutes from Spartan Stadium and Michigan State Capitol.
It was very cozy & clean felt just like home. The host is great she communicated very well & also allowed me an early check in, I will be booking again thanks for having us.
Great value for the price - cozy, as listed, but a good size for our family of three. The central A/C and washer/dryer were very good to have. Bethany was very communicative. We mostly stayed in Lansing as a home base to visit family in nearby towns, but Lansing (and MSU) also has a lot of great spots to take kids.
Wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for my daughter's move in to MSU and it as close to the west side of campus and easy to find. Great "home" away from home for the time we were there. We will certainly be back!
Perfect little refuel and rest up spot for not much dough
Not a lot of square footage but perfect for a place to sleep and do a little cooking! Not enough soap and shampoo for as long as we stayed but we were expecting that. We didnât bother the host about that but as helpful as she was Iâm sure she wouldâve fixed us up if we had asked.
This place truly is cute and cozy. My 13 year old son and I stayed here during the week he was attending a day camp at MSU and it perfectly fit our needs. Incredibly clean and well maintained, we had everything we needed in a very aestically pleasing environment. If he decided to do the camp next year, this place will be top on our list.
Perfect spot for summer visit to son in the area. Comfortable beds and furniture, well-stocked kitchen, cool space in height of summer. Shady patio with comfortable deck furniture. Shower would be tight for tall person. Clean, bright, effective use of space. Good communication with host. Highly recommended.
Easy access to the interstate and perfect place for a one night stay while on a road trip. Only drawback would be the shower for taller people. Anyone over 6 foot would have a problem/difficult time showering.
The house is smaller but has everything you need for a nice stay, and has large bedrooms. The shower is really small but has great water pressure. The amenities were thoughtful and of good quality. Everything in the house was sparkling clean!I loved the sunlight in the house, and the neighborhood. People in the neighborhood were friendly and would wave while out walking. It just felt like a nice family-oriented neighborhood.Major thoroughfares were close and easy to access.Bethany was so thoughtful and on top of communication! I told my step-mom laughingly that I would barely think a question and Bethany was responding before I finished my message.I would gladly stay here again. It was a good experience. Thank you to Bethany for making the stay even better.
We stayed at Bethanyâs house for our sonâs graduation from MSU (the ceremony was in the evening so it was necessary to spend the night). The house is less than 4 miles from campus so it was very convenient. Upon check in we noticed immediately the cool decor and how clean and tidy the house is. The furniture is super comfy, including the beds and linens. The backyard is mostly fenced in and was perfect for our little fur babies that we brought along. The kitchen is very well stocked, and we had our morning tea on the back deck that has an outdoor table and chairs. We would definitely stay here again.
The owner communicated well before our stay, and we didn't have any issues getting into the house. We did have a situation with the house on our first night, but they addressed it immediately, which we really appreciated. The house is small and quite cozy. The upstairs got very warm, and we needed the fan that was provided. Could not open the windows because one had a loose screen and another didn't have a screen. I thought the beds were lumpy, but my kids didn't complain. The pull-out sofa wasn't used because the mattress and its plastic cover looked questionable. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Would have liked some nice shampoo, conditioner, and soap that weren't miniatures taken from hotels. The windows could use curtains to block out the bright street lights. Overall, it was a fine no-frills stay.
The property was even cuter in person! Everything was very clean and I loved how things were labeled so we knew which switches controlled which lights, where different things were, and how to work various electronics.
Cute little place! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Loved that it was dog friendly. Good home base location for visiting Michigan friends and family. Host is very responsive! Would stay again!
We live in town and just wanted a âstay cationâ to watch some sports and spend time with our brothers. Place was great! Had everything we needed. Bethany was amazing with communication. Thank you for a great night!
We stayed one night. The place was exactly as listed. Backyard was great, off street parking was nice. House was very clean and beds were comfy. The Neighborhood was quiet. The house is older and small the shower is quite small but lighting is good and there are lots of windows. Itâs near most everything. Communications with Bethany was great. We had timely instructions and accessing the place was easy.
