Upon checking into our room we discovered there was no power to the nightstand between the beds. I inquired at the front desk and was told "you have to reset the gfci" i was shown a photo on the desk clerks phone what it looked like. Never told where in the room this is located. After an unsucessful search for the device, we were told we would have to move rooms. I am at a loss as to why the guest is in charge of trouble shooting an electrical issue. Never offered to call maintenance. We have stayed at this hotel for a number of years and have watched it go down hill. We won't be back. If i we you, spend 20 bucks more for a better option.
