Room smelled like it had recently been smoked in, even though it was supposed to be non-smoking. We were only staying one night, and it was late when we arrived or we would have asked for a different room. They also did some weird thing with the billing, which they said is because I booked thru Expedia. I don’t know if the regular Red Roof next door would have been better, but I would stay away from the Suites.

Located right on Route 1 and thus is convenient to everything. This hotel/motel has both Red Roof Inn rooms and HomeTowne Studios rooms. The latter are renovated and somewhat upscale, and that's where I stayed. The amenities and room condition were enough for me, but you could still notice that the upscale room is within an old Red Roof Inn. (Some HomeTowne Studios location do not have this problem: they are built separately from Red Roof Inn). Anyway, I was satisfied with the good quality and comfortable room. The staff was helpful and responsive to my requests. Given the price which is quite a bit lower than other options in this expensive area, I consider this a very good value and recommend this place.

Room was clean and up to date. Bed was firm and pillows a bit flat. No restaurants nearby to grab food. Nothing around that's walkable. Thin walls. Didn't apply to me but plenty of parking. Only chips and soda sold at front desk.
