Our first room (416) was a complete failure. The TV didn't work, the refrigerator didn't work, I tried to raise the toilet seat and it almost came off in my hand, and when we tried to call the front desk, the in-room phone didn't work. We were exhausted and just slept the first night. The next morning, we spoke to Ben, who moved us into a room directly across the hall that was perfect, and gave us 10K honors points. Great staff, but a really bad room.
