The house is enclosed by a beautifully maintained large garden, with a path that circles the entire property, offering quiet corners to relax. A private driveway allows you to park one car inside the property. Thereâs space for two apartments only, and the spot is assigned to the first who requests it.

The location is strategic for enjoying the best of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Just a few minutes away by car or on foot are two of the lakeâs most beautiful beaches: Punta di Grumo and Riva Bianca , perfect for swimming and soaking up the sun.
