Need padding on the upper bed Banged ny head hard in the middle of the night after a visit to the bathroom. I left the light on after that to avoid it happening again. A little difficult to schedule a taxi from the airport, took 4 tries.

Overall great experience, everyone was attentive and helpful. Both the quick service coffee shop and the restaurant was as top notch. The room was small and the extra bed ended up being a bunk bed with a weight limit too low for me to think about sleeping up there When I asked for a room for a double bed I was told all the rooms were like this.. I roomed with a friend and we made it work without making it awkward. Overall a really great hotel, just a little adjustment to make it make sense to stay there. I'll definitely stay here again.

The space was comfortable, wifi was excellent, breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. The bed was very comfortable. This location means central to where we needed to get to in Miraflores - we could walk to meet others and see sights.
