We were impressed by the great location and the beautiful property. We did not have any issues during our stay. The place is clean and comfortable and has all the necessary amenities. We loved our stay.

The view in this apartment is spectacular. You can hear the waves even with doors closed. Every room has a sea view. The beds are huge & quite comfortable. It is steps to Larcomar Shopping Center. There are plenty of parks, restaurants, pharmacies & convenient stores within walking distance. There is an in-house housekeeper who is such a delight. She cleans everyday & never bothered us. She washed the dishes. She even made us fruit shakes. The front desk personnel were very respectful, too. Checking in & out was a breeze. We recommend this place for short or long term housing.

What a view! Craig's place has a spectacular view of the Lima coast, from the cross over Chorillos up to the Miraflores lighthouse and beyond. We enjoyed watching the surf, the surfers, and the people walkin, biking, and running by. Larcomar shopping center is 2 blocks away, with groceries, food courts, and nice restaurants. We enjoyed Tanta and ate there twice during our stay. The condo is well equipped and has plenty of drawers and closet space in each bedroom. We had a brief key snafu at check-in, but Craig was readil6a available and made sure we got it resolved. He was also very understanding and worked with me when I accidentally walked into one of the side tables and broke the glass top. Everything was clean and neat.

Casa Buena Vista

Apartment was wonderful, location great and fabulous sunsets every night. Really great communication with property owner. There is a property manager that lives behind the unit who was very helpful and kind, she does use the kitchen so just be aware of that. Would love to see some comfy chairs out on the patio. Over all stay was excellent.

This is a great place in Mariflores. It has an amazing view of the ocean and sunsets. The place was clean and walking distance from the mall Lacomar. The host was very responsive and helpful when I asked questions. He also arranged transportation from the airport which was awesome being that we arrived around midnight. The location feels very safe. The only surprise we had was that the house keeper came into the livingroom unexpectedly while we were still asleep. She told my Mother in law to take care of the table even though there was not much on the table. This was the first time in an aribnb or even a hotel where housekeeping came in unannounced. This was the only hiccup we experienced during our stay. I highly recommend this location, but just be aware that the housekeeper stays in the back room near the laundry room.

Stunning Views, well furnished!

Pros: Great location, unparalleled views, modern furnishings. The place is beautiful. Cons: Lima coastline is cool and damp and you are right on the coast. It was 57 degrees inside and unit only had one small, portable heater. This made for a cool, damp sleep for two of the rooms. There is an onsight person named Pina who lives in the back. I’m sure this is culturally normal, but as sweet as she was, we found it pretty invasive to have her walk in at any time. We also would leave to go eat and plug in the heater to try and warm the place up a bit before we came home. She would enter and unplug it every time, so we’d come home to a cold, damp unit. The unit is awesome but you will have zero privacy.

The apartment is well-preserved, offers 24-hour doorman service, is located half a block from Larcomar (next to the InterContinental Hotel), is on the twelfth floor, and has a balcony with an unbelievable view of the Pacific Sunset!I think it is important to mention that there is a lady, Mrs. Pina, who sleeps in the room service next to the laundry. We were not expecting her presence there; however, she has been very helpful. She cleaned the apartment basically daily, she washed several of our clothes, and even ironed several shirts. We tipped her for her help.

My stay at this property was unfortunately not as comfortable as expected. One of the main issues was the lack of privacy throughout the stay. At different times, it felt uncomfortable being in the house because there was an unfamiliar person moving around the rooms and bathrooms. This made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy the space, as I never felt like I had the privacy that was expected when booking. I would recommend that future guests clarify the level of privacy and occupancy before reserving.
