Aside from the gentleman on reception upon check in, all other reception staff were rude. They were either talking along themselves about people (three younger members of staff), with another staff member (older dark haired lady) not even acknowledging me and speaking through gestures more than words and even the manager only do a half smile rather than initiate conversation. One staff member (one of the three younger ones) wrote the breakfast times on my door key holder as 6:30 but when I went down at 6:30, it didn’t actually open until 7pm. The walls are thin in the rooms so you can hear the neighbours. There are no fridge facilities in the room and the hot drinks area is on a narrow shelf which not the safest design. Great location but sadly staff disinterested in guests.

The rooms and around the hotel are very clean. The rooms feel homely as the are decorated and warm. Good choice of food at breakfast but the orange juice was watered down, which was a bit of a let down aswell as some of the gym facilities weren't working when I went to do a workout.
