The room was a decent size for a family of 4. However I felt the room did need some TLC. Some of the furnitire was chipped and the bedding seemed like it needed replenishinhg. Overall the staff were very accomodating, helpful and very friendly Location was perfect for what we needed to do

The room was clean, excellently furnished and really comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was busy and only two staff on, doing what they could. Didn't have breakfast.

The room had views of scaffolding on the building next door along with noise at 7am. The carpet in the room had what looked like blood stains. The TV usb port didn’t work. Not really a 4 star hotel or the room we stayed in certainly wasn’t. Also the Nespresso machine in our room was broken.
