Surprisingly luxurious for the price point.

Stayed at the hotel as my daughter had a national exam at the adjacent building. After a 7 hour drive, we were really pleased to arrive to a welcoming, clean hotel. Room was spacious, light and quiet. Lovely facilities and even after midday checkout, I was able to remain in the comfortable seating area in the lobby whilst waiting for my daughter’s exam to finish. Wonderful smelling Rituals toiletries provided and fluffy bath sheets. Breakfast offered a good choice of cooked and continental options. Would definitely recommend the Novotel. Absolutely no complaints.

Great room- everything you needed- modern and comfortable. Only issue a water problem on second night due to pipes failing. The staff however did all they could to explain and rectify what was out of their control.

We stayed in a studio room on 12th floor with fantastic views of Liverpool city centre. The room was fabulous, with super comfy beds and breakfast was lovely. Only downside it ended at 10am. This was very close to University of Liverpool and a 15 minute stroll down to main citycentre. I was relocating daughter back to finish final year at uni, so wanted to be in this area an thoroughly enjoyed the stay with Novotel
