The hotel is in a quieter part of the city centre so ideal if you want to avoid the noise of pubs and clubs whilst you’re trying to sleep. We had an issue that was very quickly rectified by moving us to a room nearby, great customer service.

We were very grateful to be upgraded to a lovely big room and we requested a high floor and quiet room and this was provided. Our only issue was the heat in the room meant we didn’t sleep great. The guy on reception was great. For what we paid it was a bargain and we would return.
