Bed was comfortable, but it was hard to access one side of the bed. There was very little space to walk. The bathroom sink was so small. It was hard to wash your face without getting water all over the floor.

Not thorough on cleaning and checking

VIP status not recognised at all, just said didn’t have a clue what it was. Room smaller than looks in pics but generally well fitted out. Biggest problem was chair bed, not checked nor made when we had 3 people checked in. Mattress was stained and there were marks on protector. They did change the lot but really should have been checked.

Nice place. Very comfortable room and spacious. Parking right at the shopping mall below was convenient. Comfortable. By the way, mall was top notch, though we did not shop. Had some convenient restaurants on site. Food at or stay was very limited. Very good location. Expensive stay in our opinion.
