Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Room was basic and had no fridge. Windows are poor and do not block out street sounds so it makes for a noisy night's sleep (or lack thereof). Grateful we were on the front though so we didn't hear the train announcements from Lime St station next door. It's the staff that make the stay pleasant.

The room as a whoke was good but when trying to sleep it was far too hot we did put the fan on but it was very noisy sounds like it was going to break. Lovely restaurant service and reception and breakfast staff

Excellent stay

Have stayed here before, not disappointed again this time. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Very friendly staff clean hotel, breakfast good, convenient for everything in Liverpool. Will be back.

Apart from some peeling wallpaper, the hotel is great. I like the way it is built around its name, with appropriate pictures and decor. The staff were helpful, the linen was lovely especially the towels which were thick and fluffy.

Great stay

It was lovely clean rooms lovely comfortable beds and quilts lovely a la cart restaurant only let down was struggled in room 368 to get hot water from the sink tap so had to run the bath tap for 10 minutes. 2 minute walk from liverpool lime street great staff and very friendly will be back to stay again
