Chelsea SW10 is the part of the neighbourhood that rewards guests who explore beyond the obvious — and Fulham Road is at its heart. The King`s Road is a short walk. The Thames Embankment is 10 minutes south. And Cadogan Pier — where the Thames Clipper river bus departs for a genuinely scenic journey along the river into the heart of London — is approximately 10 minutes on foot. It is an address that combines the character and energy of real Chelsea with some of the most enjoyable and distinctive ways to get around the city.
THE APARTMENT
A newly refurbished one-bedroom apartment on the third floor of a period building on Fulham Road — accessed via a communal entrance and stairs. There is no step-free access. A member of our team meets every guest on arrival and is happy to assist with luggage. Being on the third floor keeps the apartment pleasantly elevated above street-level noise, and gives views over Stamford Bridge.
The king bedroom has full built-in wardrobe storage and a dressing table and desk, dressed with high-quality linen. The bathroom has a double shower, heated towel rail, hotel-quality towels, hairdryer, shower amenities, and shaver charging point. The open-plan living and kitchen area features a Smart TV and a double sofa bed always made up and ready to use — extra pillows and blankets provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and cooking utensils. Dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi throughout. Window AC units and fans during warmer months.
A noise decibel monitor is installed — sound levels only, no audio or video. Quiet hours: 21:00–09:00.
CHECK-IN
A member of our team meets every guest at the property on arrival. No lockboxes — a real person hands over the keys, assists with luggage, and makes sure you`re settled before leaving you in peace.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Fulham Road SW10 sits where the King`s Road meets the Thames — and that combination gives this part of Chelsea a character all of its own. More local and residential than the boutique end of SW3, with an excellent independent restaurant and café scene, a vibrant pub culture, and the Thames Embankment a short walk south. Cadogan Pier is approximately 10 minutes away — the Thames Clipper river bus from here to Embankment, Blackfriars, or London Bridge is one of the most enjoyable commutes in the city. Stamford Bridge, home of Chelsea FC, is next door. The King`s Road and World`s End are a short walk in the other direction.
Fulham Road is served by bus routes 11, 14, 211, and 328 — connecting directly to the West End, South Kensington, and Victoria, often faster than the tube. Fulham Broadway tube (District line) is approximately 10 minutes on foot. Earl`s Court provides Piccadilly line connections.
