I expect a lot from a Conrad so perhaps expectations were too high? First of all, the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely pay for it as part of the package. The rooms themselves seemed pretty average for a Conrad. What I really didn't like was that my room looked out into the internal building space between buildings and was a real eye-sore. To the point I wondered why they even had a window there at all? The bathroom, again, was average. I'm used to Conrads feeling a bit more luxurious. I was upsold a room that was meant to be larger with access to the Executive Lounge. We liked the lounge but the room while maybe somewhat bigger than the other room in our group, did not make the experience better for me. The room products were good. Generally the service was good. Turn down service was excellent. All that to say, there were highs and lows. Would I pay the same to stay again? I'm not sure.

Staff were amazing, they went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. The hotel is very centrally, located and close to all the attractions, especially for first time visitor to London. The rooms are clean and cozy. We would highly recommend Conrad to anybody who wants to discover London.

Everything about this place is wonderful. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. The staff - literally every single person we encountered - was phenomenal. The location was perfect for us to walk everywhere too. Just an exceptional experience.

Booked an accessible room on your site by mistake. The staff did everything possible to make our stay pleasant after my mistake. We received compliments like fruit and chocolates and a bottle of wine. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff wonderful at every turn.

We got there at 2 pm. Room was supposed to be ready no later than 3pm. Housekeeping was behind. We got to the room at 4pm and it still wasn’t properly cleaned. We found underwear in the closet. Toilet not hygienic cleaned. We stayed for 3 days and the body wash in the shower never refilled. Terrible housekeeping

Mediocre for a 5 stars hotel, they gave us a room for disabled people instead of the one we booked and they omit the fact that there will be construction work just outside the hotel the whole weekend. Disappointed tbh

Excellent service - best I have experienced in a hotel. Room and hotel were comfortable and well decorated particularly the common areas of the hotel. Tube/subway located across the road from the hotel.
