Nice room so pleased you had towels , hairdryer and your own ironing board & iron. Bathroom was a little tired. Rubber under shower screen needs replacing and tiles around bath need re-grouting gone orange. The bathroom floor hadn’t been swept and needed a mop. But overall I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were very helpful and nice.

Excellent location for visiting both London and Kent. Easy parking, great reception staff, friendly and professional. Good sized clead room, tremendous breakfast. Second or third time we've stayed here, always a good stay.

We have stayed in this Exact Hotel on previous occasions after travelling down from "Bonnie Scotland" to visit our Family who stay in the Area but who unfortunately have no spare room in their house due to their children occupying their own bedrooms . We always find this Hotel very Clean and Tidy , and the staff all very polite as well as welcome and obliging to help with any request or queeries if we have any. We find the Reception staff always have a smile along with a "Good Morning/Afternnon/ Evening" on our return or a "Have a lovely day/afternoon/Evening" as we leave, particularly from the Senior Receptionist who has worked there for a number of years now and who we joke about being built in with the foundations lol. Will we return??? Yes, on our next visit to our Family in the Area, we will once again book into the same Hotel in Bexley (Black Prince) so we know our Stay will be comfortable as usual. The hotel was beautifully decorated in the main lobby area. Rooms had ample charging plugs, very clean and functional with USB and even type C charges so adaptors not really necessary.
