My husband and I stayed 4 nights. We were very pleased with our stay. It is only a few minutes walk to the tube station and walkable to the Tower of London and other sites. The staff was welcoming and professional. Our room had a great view and was clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was awesome. I would fully recommend.

Lovely hotel, staff and location

The hotel was lovely and clean. All the staff we encountered were very friendly in particular a waiter at breakfast who gave my son a high five! Breakfast was very good and plenty of choice too. We also really enjoyed the pool and how they had family swim times too. There was a problem with our air con but they brought a portable unit up very quickly which was great. It was quite noisy though so I had to have it on the lowest setting possible or we wouldn’t have been able to sleep. Also an excellent location to visit the Tower of London and any River Thames tours. We would highly recommended it.

Was a nice birthday treat for my girlfriend. The hotel was close to some really nice places to eat and drink . The hotel was very nice and the staff welcoming.I defo recommend it .

We spoke with 3 different receptionists checking in. One was very welcoming and friendly, one slightly indifferent and one was borderline hostile. Seemed pretty unnecessary. Hotel otherwise is great and the pool and spa is lovely.

The Hotel was in a Great location!! Walking distance from the Crown Jewels and The London Bridge less than a block from a subway station and lots of cute little restaurants in the area!! The hotel staff was very helpful as well!

Poor customer service

Check in took 15 minutes due to a faulty card machine. Service definitely without a smile. Pillows rejected as filthy. Did have them changed. Breakfast. Decide between hot food or hot coffee, as you cannot have both due to having to queue for separate machines and food. Refused entry back into room after breakfast, to be told my room card was blocked as I had not paid. After showing the receipt that proved oayment i was asked to wait whilst the manager checked this out. Then informed they had no evidence that I had paid. I have a receipt and money has been.taken. Kids got.locked out too. Window open all night as temporary air con machine hanging out of window

This hotel was average. When we got to our room the AC was not working and a light bulb was not working. It was extremely hot and we were provided with the noisiest portable fan. I was disappointed that these things were not checked before the room was given to us. The next day, the iron was leaking water. On complaining about these issues we were offered free breakfast for the next morning. Overall ok but will not be staying here again as the hotel per night was expensive in the first place.
