I didn’t like that they lock the mini bar and don’t offer you to pay for it while you check in making you have to go all the way back downstairs I didn’t even stay in the night I stayed for 3 hours

What a fab hotel ! The facilities are great, fab room, and the pool / spa is a great add on ! There was a few mistakes with our booking but it was sorted very quickly 😊 We would definitely come back !

The hotel is amazing and in a really good location, We definitely would return to the hotel. We booked an executive room with a city view, for our special request we asked to be in a room on a high floor and away from lifts. When we checked in, we were given our room which we took ourselves to a known to us. this was backing on the three lift shafts which we hadn’t realised we’re going to be noisy as we just quickly showered and got ready for going out for the evening, on arrival back to the hotel we realise the lifts are very noisy and disturbed our steep through the night and even more early morning when people were going down to breakfast, we found this very frustrating and we asked to be moved because we certainly wouldn’t of put up with it another night the staff the staff asked us to pack and be ready to change rooms that’s after 3 pm. Our second room was as wonderful in this beautiful as first the rooms are really of a high standard.

The actual hotel was great! BUT the restaurant was not! We sat and had to order drinks right away even though we told our waitress to come back. Well after 20 mins of not getting our drinks or seeing our waitress again...we got up and walked out. The following night I called down and asked for ice.(there is no ice machine) Nothing, so I went down and got it myself, ok. Then the following night I asked for more ice and cutlery, after 45mins, my husband went down and got it. The service from one particular staff member not very good. I was not impressed and was willing to pay good money. So we never gave the restaurant our business and never would.
