No shoes in the apartment as it has brand new cream carpets and beautiful wood floors (no high heels). Please be careful with dirty suitcase wheels:)
keep the noise down after 12pm and be respectful to the neighbours - they are all very nice and most of them are owner occupiers thanks

Great apartment !

We had an excellent stay. It's a beautiful and very pleasant apartment. The beds are very comfortable and we rested well. The neighborhood is well located. It's quiet but very close to a shopping street with everything you need. It's also very well served by bus and tube. Simon was particularly responsive and he answered all our questions very quickly. Finding the property and its proximity to local rail services was quick and easy. The neighborhood was relatively quiet, which was pleasant after a busy day in Central London. Close walks to local grocery stores made it nice to run out and grab some groceries for the week very convenient. Although the property is advertised as "luxury," we felt that this description was overstated. The furnishings were not as new as let on in the description, regardless of whether they are "designer." The gray couch looked worn and discolored, and the beds were uncomfortable. Waking up with back pain most mornings was not very pleasant. Additionally, the stovetop was difficult to light about 90% of the time. The pans were grimy and starting to rust due to the non-stick coating wearing off. We ended up buying our own pans at the local shop. Extra attention to these areas would make a significant difference in the feel of the property. The people responsible for cleaning the common areas of the building could pay some extra attention ensuring that the common areas are welcoming. This was one of the biggest turn-offs when entering the building.

The check-in process was simple and easy to understand. Although our room number was not clearly marked, we found it quickly after looking around. The thermostat wasn't working because the batteries were dead, but fortunately, we discovered some extra batteries to replace them. The shower setup was somewhat unusual, designed to prevent water from splashing out of the tub area. Overall, our stay was mostly good; however, our main complaint was that the mattress springs were both audible and noticeable when moving in bed. Additionally, the noise from the people above us in the morning could be disruptive for light sleepers.

Beautiful location & Simon is a wonderful communicator with the travelers visiting his flat. The neighbours were very friendly around the building & there’s a good amount of functional space inside the apartment, particularly the bedrooms, which can often be very cramped in Central London flats.

Absolutely wonderful flat. My only complaint is that if it tell you how wonderful it is, I’ll never be able to stay there again. The flat is extremely clean and well kept whilst ideally located just minutes from city centre on a main line. Even better if you’re in town for Wembley. The host was easy and quick to communicate with. 10/10.

I will definitely stay here again! Simon is very prompt with all the answers to our questions. The space was incredible and very relaxing. I just loved the tall ceilings, the natural light, the sheets were glorious, and the location is perfect. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, Underground station. Everything you need is there. Simon, thank you for such a memorable stay for my family and me and thank you for the tasty gin!*hot tip, we saw some rare night time London wild life from the living room window. London coyotes! A whole family running up and down the street every night looking for food or just playing with each other. We actually miss them. Lol

Our family absolutely loved staying here. The flat was gorgeous, and the furnishings were lovely, and the beds were comfortable. The location was nice, too: on a fairly quiet street, but walkable to the tube and restaurants and grocery. We would definitely stay here again.

Mom (50's) and daughter (teens) stayed 5 nights at the flat. The tube is very convenient as are delivery services. Having a kitchen was handy for any take away meals. Felt very safe I would recommend to anyone looking to be a bit away from the hustle of zone 1.

Location is nice - close to subway. Neighbourhood has some lovely restaurants. Excellent for two people but second bedroom is not great as there is zero storage. Might not be great for seniors based on the shower which is part of a rather high bathtub with an awkward shower door.

Lovely London flat

My friends and I visited London and found this place the perfect jumping off point for all the different things we wanted to do in London as the tube is 5 min away and the bus stops even closer! It’s super well located while also being in a quiet and safe are and the flat itself is lovely and clean!

Perfect London spot

This location was so great for our family’s fantastic London adventure. A lovely spacious super comfy place, beautifully done, very clean, tons of great light, very quiet street minutes away from public transport that easily got us everywhere we wanted. A skip from fantastic Hampstead. Perfect for the two of us in one bedroom and our 13 year old daughter in the other. Great easy laundry too, and cool kitchen! As avid vrbo’ers a couple tips: be aware you have to BYO soap, shampoo/conditioner, and coffee/tea as those aren’t provided. The shower/tub is not the easiest to get in and out of but once you’re in it’s great. Anyone w a physical challenge will want to be very careful. Overall we highly rec Simon’s flat and would happily stay again!

Lovely Apartment

Although a tiny bit tricky to find the apartment within the building and to manage the locks, once inside it was a beautiful oasis. Easy walk to shops and the underground for quick trips anywhere in London. No coffee was provided which would have been a nice touch - particularly since you can’t easily get to a Nespresso shop. Bring your own - or ground coffee for the French Press.

Great 3 days

This house was great. We stayed for 3 nights. It was clean, easy to get to and from. Close to the tube and anything else you could need for an awsome stay. Simon answered any questions we had quickly. He has a great flat. Hope to return some time for longer.
