Host was friendly, great location, comfortable beds and flat was as avertised. Check in process was seamless and they allowed us to store the bags before the flat was ready, which was really nice.Negatives -it would be nice to have more than one towel per person for a five night stay. Also, the flat is getting to the point of needing some paint, new flooring, etc. it’s getting a little bit beaten up, but I get it because it’s a VRBO people don’t take very good care of it. Overall, a really nice flat and a really good location..

Great location!

The property has signs of wear, but was a clean, comfortable flat that was close to the Notting Hill Gate tube station which made access to the city center quick and easy. The neighborhood felt safe. Tons of shops and places to eat close by. Several grocery stores are also only minutes away. We walked several times to the Portobello Road market, which my wife and daughter loved. We flew in to Heathrow and we found the District and Piccadilly tube lines were a great way to get to and from the airport if you travel light, as we did.

Although it is advertised as "sleeps 7", it was a very tight fit. Very clean, good linens and beds. Very close to the Tube, parks, and markets. Fun neighborhood with lots of shops and food.

Perfect Location! But Small

This is a great location! Absolutely perfect for Notting Hill and quick access to the main tourist spots of London. Safe, quiet neighborhood. It is very small though. It's basically a glorified 2 bedroom hotel room. No way you could sleep more than 4 people comfortably. Also, if you have a car, you will get a ticket if you leave it in the street between 9am-6pm
