There are two bathrooms, one ensuite with a walk-in shower and the other fitted with a combined shower and bath, offering both convenience and flexibility. The flat is arranged over a mezzanine floor, adding character and a unique sense of space.

The open-plan living area includes a comfortable sofa and a dining space where you can enjoy relaxed meals together. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances makes cooking at home simple, while the private balcony provides a charming spot to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
