Really good hotel, room small but very clean. Breakfast was great.
Pity there wasn’t kettle in room but otherwise pleased with hotel and would book again.
The property is easy to locate. Less than 10 minutes walk from the train station. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. Staffs are accommodating and easy to deal with. Will definitely recommend this place. If I’m in the area will stay at this place again.
As i was in a state when i arrived, staff were very helpful and could not fault them, rooms were very clean and service in general, excellent would highly recommend this hotel, it is very popular
This hotel was great for the price. Clean with comfortable beds. There is a big Tesco close by and an underground station within 10 mins walk. I have been to London before and stayed more centrally and did not find this inconvenient. Did not find the hotel noisy at night, and it felt secure.
Room felt cramped with no space for luggage. The bathroom was also extremely cramped with the sink blocking access to the shower and the toilet being jammed in the corner with almost no space for legs when seated.
The bed was comfy although only 2 pillows were provided.
Room was overall nicely presented and clean with some limited storage space.
Overall it is a good hotel. What I like: good breakfast, but absolutely the same each day, good staff, wifi works okay, good location, close to Olympia and subway station. What I dislike: Extremely small room (at the photo they used tricks to hide that it was so small), cleaning once per 3-day (if you have smell from garbage you need to ask to remove it), during 7 days stay my the bed linen was not changed.
