Was upgraded upon arrival, we looked like drowned rats when we arrived! The two gentleman were so lovely and helpful. Room was absolutely spotless. Very reasonable price and a short walk from the tube.

The hotel is very nice and new with a reasonable price . The staffs are very friendly. Only around 7 minute-walk from Earl’s Court station. The room is very clean. I really enjoy my stay here. Really recommend this hotel if you are looking for an affordable but still high quality stay in London.

Checking in was brilliant as our room was ready 30 mins before but unfortunately we didn’t have a pillow for the second bed ready. During the night, smelt tobacco near our room through the bathroom. For breakfast, food was fresh and tasty. Breakfast staff may need retraining in Racial/Diversity issues or how to politely interact with Customers (All Races) equally. Sadly, that have made us think twice on Not mentioning Use of Your Hotel to others. Also found a few stains on my duvet cover and towel.

Lots of great points! Friendly and welcoming staff on arrival. Accommodated my request for early check in. Everywhere felt clean and fresh. Extremely comfortable beds. A great selection of breakfast items. A lovely relaxed feeling throughout hotel. Unfortunately a couple of minor negative points. The TV in my room wasn't working on my arrival but a lovely maintenance guy came promptly to sort it out. After doing some investigating he was able to get it working and was extremely apologetic for the time it had taken however, on returning from my evening out the TV wasn't working again and showing the same problem as previously. This wasn't a major issue although it would have been nice to have the option of watching it. The only other slight negative was that two of the pastry breakfast items I chose were a bit too crunchy/crispy on the top consistent with being warmed/heated for slightly too long which made them less enjoyable. Toast would be a great addition to the breakfast too! Overall a lovely stay for a great price.

The hotel is conveniently located..just a short walk to Earls Court station. The hotel is clean and modern. The room had all he basics butbit is very small. We were out most of the day so basically itbwas just a place to sleep. Not much room for luggage. We had carr on only so managed. The room we had would ne go for a very short stay 1-2 nights. We were there for 3 and thats was a little longer than I would recommend. Staff were pleasant and thr hotel is in a safe area.
